They said send your details and query to our customer service email in my last review but never responded to that email. I have reviewed them and contacted them via email and and via social media as well they have bad customer service 0/10. They just don’t respond you after they have taken your money.
Noublee, no need to reply me here because I know you are not gonna respond me on my email please no body should fall in this trap

Terrible service. 100% would not recommend using this company

Ordered well before due date with promised next day express delivery and didn’t come until my baby was weeks old. Tried to cancel, was told no I have to wait for delivery, and send it back with a returns sticker that they would send me. Radio silence since requesting this and I still have a very delayed unused breast pump and absolutely no reply on multiple emails. Shocking customer service, shocking service. 100% would not recommend. Just pay a little more and get it from a truly trusted genuine supplier.

Package never got delivered

I ordered a set of breast pumps on March 7 and I never got them. I reached out to the customer support countless times and I was given assurances that the package would be delivered. To date the package has not been delivered. I send emails and they are ignored. I have requested a refund of my money and that email has also been ignored. I am starting to think this is not a legit company. Leaving this review to help anyone else who would want to buy anything from Noublee.

Don’t waste your money! Scam!!

Ordered a double breast pump 9th Feb, it never arrived and now I have been blocked on Facebook by Noublee for repeatedly asking for an update on my order. No response on messenger or live chat on the website. The contact number doesn’t even ring. As a first time mum, there are a million other things I could have spent my money on and have now been left out of pocket by a scam company. Don’t waste your money!!

I bought two pumps

I bought two pumps, and the promotion stated that I would also receive a thermal bottle, but that didn’t happen. I received the package with only the pumps after two weeks, and that was only because I emailed them to ask what was happening with my order.When I finally received the package, the bottle was missing. I emailed them again to ask about it, and they replied that it was out of stock but that I would receive it as soon as it was available.For the past two weeks, I’ve been emailing them to ask about it because they still have it listed for sale on their website, but no one is responding.It is unfair to promise customers gifts and then not deliver them. At the very least, you should be upfront from the start and let us know that we won’t be receiving them.

The pumps are not good

The pumps are not good. they're bulky, loud and the battery life is rubbish. Have to charge at least once a day for an hour. It is not worth it.

Wearable breast pumps ... rubbish service

Ordered 2 pumps when they were doing an offer where you only pay for one and another freebie they threw in was a portable bottle warmer .. ordered them on express delivery and they took over a month to arrive and the bottle warmer never came. BE WARNED - terrible service and no goods

There is no option for no stars but there should be , ordering went well , confirmation of order also but after that it went terrible , order last year still not received the order with very little contact which only came due to me getting in touch no order update til 28/02/25 but no tracking number. Then nothing , no reply to emails or online live chat then everything disappeared including my on line order, even request for refund so had to go through bank to get refund. Appalling customer services
Please do not be untruthful as payment was made as seen on my card statement and on the order which was on my account until it was removed and all communication ceased from you and never once was an indication payment was not made .

I’m still waiting for news on my return…

I’m still waiting for news on my return of this disappointing product. I received the product 2 weeks after ordering, when it arrived it was poor quality and not even branded. I returned it to the address in the email- in Portugal, as I was worried about the authenticity,using tracked postage. This was 3 weeks ago. I’ve since emailed the company and have received no response(surprisingly). It is cheap for a reason and I would not recommend them. Pay more for a decent product with better customer service.

I have tracking which proves it reached the address provided by your customer service representative. If you would like to respond to my email as sent last week we can discuss the details further and I can include proof of the item reaching you.

That was in December, i never received the second pump, and they ignoring my emails now. Don’t waste your money and your time, AVOID !!!.
