The sleep mask is a joke... did nothing but give me a headache. My bad for the impulse buy, and for falling for their marketing. Clearly capitalizing on people's pain. And their return policy has major holes in it. Return without using? What the... ? And pay for return shipping to China (no mention of either in the add, just the flashy "guarantee" lingo). Why would I pay for shipping to China when they might not honor the return? More junk for the landfill. Don't bother!

Item is worthless. Does nothing, doesn't even work correctly right out of the box. There is no way to return it.

I placed my order on January 23rd. On January 27th, I requested to cancel because the order had not moved and I began seeing concerning reviews online. I was told it could not be canceled because it was “ready to go,” but that I could return it once received.

As of February 22nd — an entire month later — I still had not received any shipment notification or tracking information. I reached out again to request cancellation since the order was clearly not shipping. Once again, they refused to cancel and could not provide shipment details.

It has now been over a month since purchase with no product, no tracking, no proactive communication, and no resolution. The lack of transparency and inability to provide basic shipping information is extremely concerning.

Based on my experience, the customer service is unacceptable. If I ever receive the product, I will be returning it immediately. I strongly encourage others to research reviews before purchasing.

Terrible company did not get what I advertised. I was getting took well over a month to even receive the package then when I reached out for a refund, they said the package could not even be open or at all used to get a refund well, how is anybody supposed to know how it works or what it is if they don’t open it and try it first spent $100 on a facemask massager that’s supposed to help you sleep and it was just a strap that goes around your head filled with air was the stupidest purchase I’ve ever made in the worst customer service on earth do not purchase from them ever they don’t even deserve a one star. It’s a zero star company.

I really wish there was a way to rate zero stars. Their customer service is horrible. My package said out for delivery on Jan 4th and continued to say that after the 4th. I contacted Nubilee and the basically said "you have to deal with that with the shipping company." The shipping company finally confirmed the shipment was lost so I emailed Nubilee back requesting a refund and attached the email from the shipping company. I have followed up on that email 3 times and still no reply. Any hope of refund is bleak.

Falsely advertises , "Try risk free for 60 days"
When I irequested a refund I was instructed toship to China UNUSED within 60 days of order. I ordered Nov 26, but didn't receive until Dec 15. Once they receive my return they said, "We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund." So I'm not guaranteed a refund if i pay return shipping to China! And how can I "try 60 days" without using it?! Mask itself was ok, kind of relaxing, but didn't improve my sleep

The promises of better sleep are a joke. No instructions came with it or info on how to begin a return The head wrap is uncomfortable & gave me a headache. Don’t fall for the fake ads on IG.

I have had Nubilee for less than 60 day and it says a refund would be given. My unit just quit working but i love it. i would like a replacement please. it wasnt charged enough but only stay a very few days. I am so happy now because I absolutely love it. I just got ahead of myself. it's awesome.......so sorry

This company falsely advertises! They are not up front about shipping from China. They claim to be easily returnable but you are required to ship overseas
The Dreamweaver Pro is extremely cheap and uncomfortable. I feel scammed

Ordered , not received . Reached out to company with email I had screenshot several times only to have returned as address is undeliverable . Very disappointed ! Scams are everywhere !!!

Product is a sub-par item from China.
Then, more deception.
First - their ad shows a 4.0 score rating on trust pilot! That is a fake statement attempting to earn consumers trust. I believed it and did not verify it here first. I won’t do that again!!
Second, they show in their advertisements that if you are unhappy with the product after the 60 day trial that they will pay for the shipping to return. This is also not true as they are requiring me to send it back to China!
This company is not an honest or trustworthy company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY LIE.

I purchased this mask in November. The company stated that it was returnable. When the package arrived, it did suit my needs, so I set out to return it.
I took it to our local post office and paid about $30.00 for shipping to China. I have not heard anything. I've written and have gotten to "lame" messages about how they will look into it!! Nothing!
I write every day to get a status, and still nothing.
Inferior company. I'll be going to BBB next. Stay away!

Do not buy! I tried to cancel the order two hours after I made it and they said that they would try to cancel it. If it hadn’t been processed yet two weeks later they processed the order and sent it now they will not allow me to send it back without paying enormous shipping fees to China. China company with sub average product. You can get the Sleep mask I ordered on Amazon for $30 when they’re charging 90. I feel stuck with it even though I’ve complained numerous times and they will not even answer me.
