I ordered a watch,on 4th June,for a present. Despite numerous exchanges,asking ‘how are you’,a standard response I suspect,I’m STILL waiting!!
I will NEVER use them again and asked for a refund of my £59.99.

Purchased the "buy one get one free" breast pumps i received the email to say order confirmed and they will contact me when dispatched I ordered theses on the 28th April!! Still nothing and no email. No contact number and emails bounce back as it doesn't exist.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves scams new mums or already mums with failse information!! It's disgusting!!!!!

Go on amazon and get yourself a breast pump that will actually arrive!

Awful company DO NOT BUY FROM NOUBLEE Ordered a bottle warmer, and it was on a buy one get one free deal. They said they were meant to dispatch the same day and deliver within a few days. It got to the day of the baby shower and they had not arrived so I let the mum and dad to be, know that their present from their baby registry was on the way. I complained and was contacted really quickly and told that the item was lost in trabsit. They never arrived. After a second complaint the lady said she was sorry and that she understood I was frustrated and would send again. A battered parcel from Aliexpress arrived with one bottle warmer that when you look up, is only worth £2.50 from one of those sites. Notthing like that one I ordered or that was pictured on their site. It was very poor quality and not fit for purpose. They have now ignored me and the email address nor the phone number for the customer service work anymore. I found an alternative email address and got a generic bounce back to say that this particular mailbox was no longer in use and to email the one on their website but it seems they have blocked me!! Stay Away from this site unless you want to throw your money down the drain! Now I’m not only out of pocket but having to replace the present!

This company is a SCAM. Please dont buy anything from them. I bought a baby bottle warmer from them and it was on offer that you buy 2 for the price of one. Firstly, the order was delivered after a month and secondly it was delivered directly from AliExpress and the bottle warmer was not at all the same as in pictures. It was some cheap £5-£6 bottle warmer whereas I paid £24 for the one I purchased from Noublee.com
When i contacted them about the wrong order they said its better i get half refund because full refund will take time. I was so disappointed by the order I received that I said I would return it and get a full refund.
I am chasing them for last 3 weeks for the refund and no response. Today when i sent an email again it says the email cannot be received.

SCAM!!

I have ordered 2 pumps over 2 weeks ago now and it supposed to be „1-2 days delivery”. Nothing ever turned up. I started emailing the company and guess what, no response!
Now I have to come out of my way dealing with it through my bank!

SCAM!

Please do not buy this breast pump as completely useless and company do not reply to email and now after they have agreed they will refund half of the money and now they ignored my email and no refund have been received.

We've sent 3 emails to Noublee and even posted a previous review on trustpilot.
And we get no reply.

My breast pump should have come on 25 April.
Look at the date today. How long have I been waiting?
They don't email, they don't call, they don't get in contact with you at all.
And the worst part is: they are called NOUBLEE UK.
Their headquarters is in Portugal.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered 2 bottke warmers (one for me and one for my sister). They never arrived. They said they got lost in transit and would send them out again with a gift also as a gesture of goodwill. A parcel arrived woth one bottke warmer but was not the one I ordered. It was of poor quality and not fit for purpose. When I emailed them with a complaint and asking for a refund they ignored my emails. When i email them now i get a bounceback saying email address not recognised. I know its the right address as i have been emailing them on ot previously. Would never use this company again

Ordered 2 weeks ago 'express delivery' still not even shipped. Contacted on email and it bounced back, can't be delivered. I want a full refund as you haven't sent anything. Order 1178.

I purchased two breast pumps from this company, and one failed just a few weeks after minimal use. I contacted customer service and was initially asked for my purchase details, which I provided immediately. Since then, I’ve been completely ignored, despite multiple follow-ups. This is unacceptable for both product reliability and customer support, especially for a product as essential as a breast pump. I would not recommend this company to others.

Fraudulent company selling faulty, unbranded items

ALSO states is a UK company - shipping address for return was Portugal - unregulated product received

Was given the option to receive a 50% refund and keep the item, or a 100% refund if I returned my item, despite it being used, I was assured I’d receive it as an exceptional measure (the pumps leaked and never worked effectively, as explained.) I spent £17 to return an item after being assured I’d receive a full refund and the company have now stated they will not refund. I will be contacting Action Fraud and a solicitor if I do not receive the refund as this is simply an unacceptable manner to treat a new mother.

I wanted to cancel the order after reading all the negative reviews. When I sent an email they replied stating the order has been shipped where as in the shop app it shows that the order is still in preparing shipment status.

I replied to them mentioning the same and also shared the screenshot of the Status and then they stopped replying to my email.

Their customer service number is also not valid.

My order has not yet arrived up to now. I sent loads of email but no reply

I ordered the breast pumps the 7th march I've only received one email back saying to huge volumes they are trying to get my order dispatched over a month later I've heard nothing else yet they took the money out of the account straight away I feel like I've been scammed I'm due my baby in 4 weeks and I need answers please how has anyone managed to get through to them they are ignoring my emails and the number doesn't work

Every review I’ve wrote about your terrible company, all you’ve done is reply and tell me to email the customer service team, which I have done and have no response, how people are still buying from you is bizarre, disgusting company for taking new mothers/mothers to be money it’s shameful, I’ve contacted the fraud team who will be refunding my money regardless. I’m now replying to the reply attached to my original review ^ yes this is my fourth review on your terrible company because I have had no reply on any other platform I’ve contacted you on but all your silly customer service team seems to do is tell me how sorry you are for my unsatisfactory experience, your company is terrible and I have tried to reach out to the email which you keep telling me to contact you on on several different dates in the last 4 months.. 08/01/25-09/01/25-13/01/25-16/01/25-04/02/25-24/03/25-25/03/25.. all to either no reply or to you telling me you’ll be processing a refund which just isn’t true, I’ll get my money back from the fraud team and they’ll look into your company.

I bought a breast pump from Noublee, and it was completely faulty. I contacted their customer service and followed all instructions to return the product—which I did. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and kept ignoring my emails. I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back.
This company is a scam. Terrible customer service and no respect for consumers. Avoid Noublee at all costs.

Terrible, would not recommend. Received faulty products and intermittent comms from company when emailing. Trying to request a refund which company finally agreed, but has been more than 3 weeks and no funds have been returned. Was told to return products (free returns listed on website), then told to ship items to Portugal at my own expense. Telephone number on site, not active. Clearly taking advantage of new mums, not acceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Not received my order. Tried multiple times to email the company and queried via their website but no response. Ordered my pumps 3 weeks ago, when I paid for them, an email was sent confirming my order and detailed they would email when the order had been dispatched however I still haven’t had such email as yet. I feel like I have been scammed. No doubt they will reply to this review and ask me to email their email address I have already emailed on numerous occasions to end up with no response just to look like they’re trying to address the problem! I do not trust this company and want a refund and think it’s disgusting they’re praying on new and expectant mums with what should be an exciting new experience but instead causing stress and hassle. I’ve been scammed out of £70.
