4 weeks after my order i still have no product… but its a great firm because while they know they still didnt deliver the shirt I still received 3 e-mails asking for a review, so Here you got your review. Can I now get my shirt?

The delivery was 3 weeks late from the estimated date. The product is fine, but I expected better quality.

Similar to other reviewers here, I have also not had much shipping information provided. Placed my order on 15th August hoping to receive it by mid September as the tee shirts I bought were birthday gifts but unfortunately I still have yet to receive it. After following up twice with the team and asking for a refund in my second email were they then able to share shipping information. In the first email response from them they also said that they were not able to provide me with an exact delivery date. According to the tracking updates I can see that my parcel was only mailed out on 9th September.

I placed an order on August 19th for two t-shirts, but after more than three weeks I still haven’t received anything. I contacted their customer service several times to ask about the status of my order or at least to request a refund, but I never got a reply. Looking at other reviews here on Trustpilot, it seems I’m not the only one with this kind of experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service – I definitely would not recommend this brand.

Hice un pedido el 22 de agosto. Tres semanas después, no tengo noticias del mismo. No hay método de contacto, por lo que es imposible hablar con ellos.

Ho effettuato l’ordine il 04 settembre e ancora non ho ricevuto la mail di spedizione. Nessuna risposta alle svariate mail che ho mandato…

Order not received within 2 weeks, even if the message was "4-5 working days". Do you work 4-5 days in 2 weeks? Nice, then I would like to work there too! The biggest problem isn't waiting btw. It is that I texted them two times and received no answer, so, as far as I know, they stole my money.

Realicé mi pedido hace 1 mes y todavía no tengo noticias suyas. He abierto 3 incidencias para cancelar mi pedido y reclamar la devolución del dinero, pero es imposible ya que no responden. Un timo absoluto.

I’ve placed my order two weeks ago, no shipping information whatsoever. I tried to contact them via mail (they have typeform, not even showing an email), via instagram, and, you guessed it, no response. I don’t know anything about my order and I’m starting to think it will never arrive

Edit: they did answer after this review, still no trace of the order though.

Très déçue ! J’ai passé une commande sur votre site le 26 août pour deux t-shirts d’un montant d’environ 50 €. La livraison était annoncée sous 5 à 6 jours, mais à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu. J’ai tenté de vous contacter via votre site internet ainsi que par Instagram, sans aucune réponse de votre part. Je souhaite désormais être remboursée.

6 months ago I ordered a jeans jacket which I never received. After I wrote a massage and explained the problem he sent me 30$ although I paid 80$.
since 15 July I‘m trying to get the remaining 50$ back with no response to my requests. Well, once he told me he would check it out when „he’s home“. That was on 18 August.
So, customer service is a catastrophe and I don‘t recommend this shop.
This wasn’t the first time I had to make this experience, it’s the second one.
It’s impudent and I‘m more than upset.

Assolutamente negativa. Ordine effettuato 27 agosto e nessuna mail di tracking. Doveva arrivare 4-5 giorni dopo ma niente. Ho mandato una mail ma dopo 10 giorni nessuna risposta!

Hice el pedido el 26 de agosto con un plazo de envío de 1 a 3 días laborables. Han pasado 8 días y no tengo ni idea de donde está mi pedido ni de si lo recibiré o no. Me parece de tener muy poco respeto por el cliente y por el negocio. No volveré a comprar jamás ni lo recomendaré a nadie. Lamentable servicio de venta y postventa.

The produce was extremely delayed. It took ages to ship and arrive and I had to get in touch with Nostalgia Apparel several times to follow up. While waiting for the product they already sent me requests to review the t-shirt that had not even been received. The quality was fine but it was way overpriced. The print was poor quality. Will never buy again.

It’s been over two weeks since I placed my order, and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I still haven’t received even a shipping date—let alone a delivery date. Each time I contact them, the only response I get is: “your order will be shipped ASAP”, but in reality, the order hasn’t even been shipped yet.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an e-commerce store. The products themselves seem promising, but the service standard is far below any acceptable level. At this point, I’m genuinely wondering if I’ll ever receive my order.

This domain doesn’t exist. I have placed my order on august 20 and there is no shipping info or any status sharing. This is so Disappointed.
