NOSE Omdömen 

Parfum bestellt, Ware mit Visa bezahlt. So weit - so gut. Dann muss plötzlich noch ein Betrag auf meine KK überwiesen werden, den ich denen dann mitteile - als Kontrolle. Üblicherweise macht so was automatisiert mit "Veryfied by Visa", die machen das manuell und schicken das Paket auch nicht eher los, bevor man den Betrag genannt hat! Damit war das Geburtstagsgeschenk nicht mehr pünktlich zu machen, was mich sehr geärgert hat.

Nun vier Wochen später, habe ich das Paket immer noch nicht, der Kundendienst geht auf meine Fragen und Beschwerden überhaupt nicht ein, einmal sagen sie sie schicken es am 26/27.3 los, am 7.3. eine Mail, wo es immer noch nicht versendet wurde. Gestern eine Antwort vom Kundendienst das Paket würde in einer Postfiliale auf mich warten, dann die Nachricht, ich soll selber einen Nachforschungsauftrag lostreten... einfach nur anstrengend!
Ich habe jetzt die Bestellung storniert, bin gespannt ob und wann ich mein Geld zurück bekomme!

I had a little problem as DHL charged me extra £49 considering the BREXIT but Nose solved the problem as I was not supposed to pay that extra fee. Thanks!!!

Ho acquistato il mio profumo su Nose, attratto dal fatto che vendessero anche i campioncini dei profumi voluti (altri li mandano senza lasciare la scelta).
Arrivato il pacco (integro), lo apro e trovo la scatola del profumo bagnata e macchiata.
Scrivo al servizio clienti inviando anche le foto della scatola. Mi rispondono immediatamente (da notare che vendono in italiano ma rispondono ai problemi in inglese...) dicendomi che, avendo accettato il pacco, loro si sollevano da ogni responsabilità (ribadisco, il pacco era sigillato ed integro) e che dovrò aspettare fino anche il 28 marzo per avere il risultato delle loro indagini presso il corriere.
Quindi, mi devo tenere un profumo aperto (sperando sia ancora buono) ed aspettare, ma nel frattempo, i miei acquisti non li farò più da loro.
Personalmente sconsiglio vivamente.

I just received my 1st order from Nose Paris. I am absolutely delighted with the promptness of both the despatch and the arrival of the package. As mentioned by another reviewer, the packaging is excellent, the main perfume box anchored onto internal cardboard with some shrink wrap. The idea to offer perfume samples that are chosen by you is genius also and a lovely way of trying new niche perfumes not readily available on the high street. I will be a returning customer in time! Thank you NOSE for a 1st class service!

Very bad experience. Perfume arrived as shattered glass and they aren’t willing to refund our money. I’m so upset. We will never recommend Nose again after this. Others need to avoid this brand

Order was paid 11 of December (600000***) and nothing! DHL refused to deliver. 21 of December we choose other. and no track number, no letter answer, nothing.

UPD. Review updated, not removed. So, money was refunded. There is NO claim. It's OK.

I ordered 3 samples from NOSE and then a fragrance which came with 6 samples.

Firstly, the 3 samples were delivered within 6 working days which was in the delivery range for the priority letter delivery. They provided the sample bottles along with tester strips to try out. The bottles were of high quality and the atomisers were great.

Secondly, because I was so impressed with the samples, I ordered one bottle which came with 6 complimentary samples and free 1 to 2 working day delivery. The box was well sealed and the samples and bottle were held down with plastic film to prevent them breaking in transit. Very high quality packaging and they even sprayed the bag, in which the samples were contained, with a fragrance which, to me, confirms NOSE is a great retailer.

Their customer service, for me, was brilliant. They answered all my queries and were always keen to help out.

I will definitely be ordering again in the near future due to their high quality services and range of products.

I ordered a Cire Trudon bust online as they had discounted it slightly, they included complimentary fragrance samples and a box of cire trudon matches with my purchase. Unfortunately there was a mix up and the bust arrived in the wrong colour and they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock but they were fast to reply with friendly messages and paid for the return. Even though it didn't work out on this occasion I'd highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. They sent me a wrong perfume. I emailed them and they answered 3 days later asking me to send them the package back (at my own expenses although they said they would reimburse me) When I tried to send it back to France I was said by all courier companies that I cannot send perfumes because they are considered a dangerous good (flammable), only under special circumstances like, for example, companies that trade with perfumes, this is allowed. DHL indicated me that Nose could give me its customer code or that they could call them and ask for the collection of the package from my house, only then would they be able to send the package to France. I emailed Nose telling them the situation and, although they admitted that sending perfumes is not permitted for private individuals, they haven’t given me a solution. To sum up, I paid almost 200 euros for a perfume that I never got, instead I received something else I don’t want and they don’t do anything to fix this. Even though it is all their fault they don’t take any responsibility and they don’t help solve this situation. I will never ever buy anything in Nose and I advise everyone to look somewhere else if they want to buy niche perfumes, there are many other more reliable shops.

Ho acquistato il profumo Creed Aventus 10 anniversario, premetto che uso solo profumo Creed Aventus e che ho anche già acquistato da Nose senza problemi.
Il profumo ricevuto aveva una fragranza diversa ed era privo di persistenza, dopo 15 minuti scompare!!!
Ho inviato 3 mail senza alcuna risposta, ho contattato la ditta con 11 messaggi su instagram.
Mi sono reso disponibile a ritornare il profumo per tutte le verifiche.
Dopo tutto ricevo una loro risposta dove mi dicono che il profumo è artigianale e può variare.........
E tutti i miei Creed Aventus degli ultimi 2 anni sono sempre stati uguali!!!
Pessima assistenza al cliente, non acquistate.

Great shop for buying niche and luxury perfumes located in Paris, France. I ordered a discovery kit of samples for a very fair price plus some other samples and they came from France within the given time. The samples were nicely done and filled up to 2ml almost each plus enough testing strips. Great quality packaging and the perfumes are real and last a lot. Will buy from them again.
