My sister ordered a jumpsuit size small. The jumpsuit is supposed to be a size small but it fits like a size extra Large. This company will not return any calls or emails that were sent to them. We cannot get through to them on the phone to get a refund. Please help.

The black l/s turtleneck dress is a hit! The thumb holes are an added touch I just love, too. The fabric is smooth with a flattering fit & perfect for a function I bought it for next month. The “little black dress” is a must-have for any girl, & I recommend this one.

I ordered a black dress in Size 'L', was too tight. Ordered it in 'XL'. The only difference was, that it was longer!! Expected higher quality for that price. Cut is nice though

Sharing the state of a jumpsuit from NK after have worn it once for few hours.

The quality of the product is so poor that the fabric started roughening up in the area by the armpits. Would love to attach pictures but I can't do it here it seems.

I wore the garment for dinner and drinks after only. I didn’t dance in it. I purely moved my arms to bring food to my mouth that evening.

I cannot request a refund because I bought this piece long time ago on sale and sat in a drawer for more than a year, nevertheless I find it a disgrace.

I purchased a dress which had a defect, the seam on the sleeve wasn’t sewn all the way. I tried it on once and overall the dress felt thin and low quality, definitely not worth the high price tag. I reached out to customer service and sent proof of the defect and that I was sending it back. They were extremely slow to respond but indicated I could send it back for a refund. I dropped it off and it was sent back to me with nothing but a sticker indicating body odor as the reason for not accepting the return which seems to be their scam judging other reviews. Now stuck with a dress I would never wear. Will not be shopping here again and don’t recommend their products, horrible experience overall.

These people are scammers. I only bought two sizes because of the liberal return policy, which I read carefully. I made sure to keep the dress immaculately clean while trying it on so I could get a refund (showered before, didn't wear perfume or makeup, didn't put the dress down anywhere that wasn't clean). I tried the dress on for less than a few minutes, and returned it because it was bad quality. Now they claim the dress is DIRTY and refuse to refund me $300 for something I never wore. Do not buy from Norma Kamali. I purchased a dress from the brand for the first time in February. I selected my usual size. Before purchasing it, I confirmed the return policy. I was especially vigilant about this because it was my first time ordering from NK and their product is expensive! When the dress arrived, I carefully unpackaged it and tried it on. To my disappointment, it was too small. I immediately re-packaged the dress—tags on—in the original packaging and dropped it off at FedEx three days later. One week passed and I received an email from FedEx letting me know the package I returned had been rejected! Again–Norma Kamali advertises its generous 30-day return policy! Outraged but convinced it must be a mistake, I tried calling the brand's customer service line. I was unable to speak to a representative and was repeatedly forwarded to the voicemail. Becoming increasingly frustrated, I emailed info AT NormaKamali DOT com explaining what happened and why I am entitled to a full refund. I received a response from someone by the name of Jeffrey Anderson (JeffreyA AT NormaKamali DOT com). He asked for images of the dress which I readily provided. That was March 1st. I have followed up FOUR times since. No response. I will not be buying from NK ever again.

Hello! If I could give them a zeo I would!!! Been ordering from them for years but all of a sudden if you try to return anything they return it back saying smells of perfume has happened to me three times I'm so done with this will never in life order from them again and I know it doesn't matter to them but this completely wrong.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They refuse to honor their return policy. I purchased two of the same dress (different size) and tried to return one a week later, they sent it back saying it had deodorant. I sent pictures showing it didn’t and they responded that there was little white fuzzies (it was laying on a white blanket!). These people are crooks. Jeffrey Anderson in customer service is completely unhelpful. I would never purchase from them again. Over $400 down the drain.

My first purchase with Norma Kamali was a pre-order for a catsuit that I anticipated for months, unfortunately once it arrived I saw uneven seems (some even split open already) and unfinished hems. I returned the items because this was unacceptable. I gave them a second chance and of course, one of the dresses had an unfinished, raw hem that was jagged and quite frankly pathetic for a brand at such a high price point from a label with such prestige. I'd recommend avoiding purchasing from Norma Kamali unless you like wearing clothing made by an amateur sewist.

Appalling customer service and poor quality design and stitching on the item I ordered, on the spat striped leggings. I paid import duties and high delivery costs to the UK, and despite the poor product, they told me to contact the authorities for a refund of customs. Come on, you took my money you must pay it back. They do not care!!!! The previous spat leggings have now started to undo at the seam, and only worn them a few times, poorest quality ever !!

Norma Kamali sleeping bag coats are only for tall people.

- Incorrect measurements on website
- Shockingly appalling customer service ( especially for a designer brand )
- No inclusivity of 'non - model proportions '

I ordered an XS sleeping bag coat ( their 'classic icon' from the 70s ) and it's a safety hazard!

The length of the coat stated on the website is incorrect ( regardless of how you measure coat length )

I'm 5"3 and I keep on tripping on the coat. I tried contacting them and their customer service is a poor excuse of customer service:

- I've called them >10 times over the past 3 months and it always goes to voicemail ( you're supposed to leave a message to get them to call you back ). I received one call back but due to the time difference, which I stated in the message, they left a voicemail and told me to call a number... which also went to voicemail! I've tried calling that number back >5 times and I've not heard anything from ANYONE since.

- Don't bother emailing info@normakamali - the only point of contact was rude, sassy and refused to properly read my emails ( or the purpose of the emails ). Now they've just stopped replying and won't respond - not the type of customer service you want from buying an $840 coat.

I didn't even ask for a refund - I love the coat and just wanted a solution to get it shortened but they refuse to even hear me.

If they've had 40 years to refine this 'classic icon', surely they'd be able to get the sizing right? It's probably because they don't listen to customer feedback.

They just told me that I should have got the knee-length coat ( which is ridiculous because who knows what the length of that coat would be and also is the full length coat then exclusively for tall people?? )

The average height of a woman in the US is 5"4 and many of my <5"5 friends have tried this coat and it is also a trip hazard for them - it's a matter of safety.

They refuse to accept that this is a matter of inclusivity because it's clear that their coats have different sizing for 'different body types ' ... for tall people!

I'm appalled by this whole experience and don't even think about purchasing anything from this store if you're average height or shorter.
