I purchased two items from this company, and they took a month to arrive. When they did, both the items were incorrect and not what I had ordered: two random, unbranded, poor quality garments. I reached out to customer support for a resolution, but they never responded, despite my follow ups. This company charged me $30 for two items I did not order. What kind of business is this?

Do Not Read Anything this Scummy place Prints! They Hate Christians and anyone that supports Trump! To Bad he Won Move on. The major of the US wanted him get over it!!!

ORIGINAL: I have ordered from Parade twice. I love the actual items from Parade, the problem is that it takes a month to get things delivered. A month is far too long without an emblazoned seal on the front of the website saying "ORDERS TAKE A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED"

This is the biggest scam!!! I had free shipping saw my total after putting in my Credit Card information and confirmed the total and shipping was added again AFTER placing and completing my order when I was prompted I qualified for free shipping… customer service basically said too bad (totally illegal btw to charge a card an agreed amount and change it after processing)

I requested to cancel my order and that was not honored nor was the shipping cost refunded, so to my dismay and surprise my order arrived. I am Curious so I open it and OMG this is GARBAGE imagine the worst items you ever received from Temu or wish or SHEIN then worse and small and awful… I see better clothing at the dollar store! I feel stolen from and I am in shock this website has ANY momentum… even if your items ordered are not final sale they have a strict return policy and charge $10 return fee no matter the cost of your item(s). Likely because no one will actually want to keep the trash that they ordered. I also ordered more than 10 items so plenty of variety to see if they do something right!?!? NO… RUN AWAY don’t be tempted by sales people couldn’t pay me to keep any of this trash

It was true before I bought this bra and it's true now: no $30 bra is going to work if you have natural breasts over a D cup. I was ready to love the bra and gave it the fairest shot I could—I'm even saying 2 stars because it's okay for sleep if you're the kind of person who likes sleeping in a bra to prevent boob flop—but I actually think it's dishonest to sell this style of bra in larger sizes without bothering to use more supportive fabrics with less stretch, wider straps, more hooks, etc.

It's like this company wanted to innovate in lingerie but did no research or testing; there's a reason velvety stretch fabric can't be used for bra straps/bands, and that's because it provides zero support or lift. (And there's a reason bra mesh isn't used for underwear, but that's a subject for a different review on here.) Also, the shape of the bra cups is such that best-case scenario, you get '60s cone boobs, worst-case, it looks like your nipples are constantly visible through basically any shirt because there's a gather of seams right in the center of each cup.

This bra feels like you're wearing nothing, but also it *does* nothing. Terrible buy.

I got excited and went crazy shopping here within weeks of discovering Parade. Thought they were so cute, comfy, and reasonably priced. Now that i've had some of these items going on 2 weeks now, I regret spending $500 here because the panties and pajamas are disintegrating. Back to Aerie. This place is scammy for how low quality it is.

Don’t get tricked by the social media ads. It took me a month after the order confrontation to receive 1 pair of mid underwear. The seams were already loose and looked like a XL when I ordered small. I couldn’t even find the size label on the underwear that’s how bad it was.

I contacted customer service and they responded within minutes. After reasoning with them with pics included told me to contact my bank to resolve the issue. They would rather have me chargeback a bank for panties instead of reshipping or in the least offer store credit. Don’t believe the hype. Absolute garbage.

This stuff is crap. Dollar store type merc for 10x the price. I spent $75.00 for 2 scrappy pieces of thin fabric that I'm sure isn't going to make it thru one wash cycle.

Do not shop here. I ordered items which never showed up. They then said they would refund me but I never received it and they just keep saying ‘contact your bank’ when AMEX clearly haven’t received anything from them. I’m £50 down - avoid at all costs.

Good: love the mesh fabric, great quality and fit. Have panties and an amazing bodysuit. Love it more than Cosabella, their mesh is too sheer and delicate, and costs a lot more. Also love this very soft yummy fabric called “Super Soft” and own three bralettes, great fit and quality, but very few styles available and not to be confused with the Ultra Soft Re-Play fabric which sounds similar but is not soft.
Bad: Their return policy is horrible. You can’t return underwear or bodysuits. They have some excuse, like health concerns or whatever. I order lingerie, and lots of panties, from many companies and have never, ever been refused a return as long as tags attached, and within 30 days, approximately.
Their website looks cheap and unprofessional, like an unpaid intern who’s never designed a website was allowed to do theirs. I almost didn’t buy anything due to this. Not user friendly.
They do have some great colors but don’t offer some of the same ones in different styles in same fabric, so difficult if you want to match.
For some reason, you are unable to register for an account so you can’t keep track of your orders and have to enter all your info like it’s your first order every time.
They have some amazing things, but order at your own risk.

Their stuff falls apart after one washing and their customer service is terrible. I let them know several pairs of underwear started coming apart after a single wear, and they reached out to offer a refund, but when I sent them pictures they never replied. That was over 2 weeks ago with multiple follow up emails from me.

EVERY SINGLE REVIEW COMPLAINING ABOUT PARADE’S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GENUINELY TRUE. I’ve had the experience//offer of partnering with them to receive payout. YET, they never get my payout value correct, and customer service is none existent as they have even admitted via email at rare times that I’ve gotten ahold of them, that they literally only hired ONE SINGLE person to MANUALLY do a process that should take an entire team. Not sure how you can sustain a company with this notion. I DO NOT recommend them since if any risks happen you can’t reach anyone most likely for complaints and you definitely cannot count on their “team” to even be responsive promptly and properly. It’s most likely your issue will remain unresolved.

Ignore the negative reviews from over a year ago.
I bought 4 bras in 2 sizes to be sure one fits, I emailed to return and within a day got a reply and got my paypal refund. Literally no complaints customer service wise.
Bras were sooo comfy and fit me amazingly, I was struggle to find comfy bras for big boobs and these were great.

Products are generally good quality.
Had to return a few things and they were very responsive and issued refund quickly. They source some sustainable materials (not 100%) which is better than other brands though I still wish it was more. No issues.

Their quality control and customer service needs serious improvement. The sleep shorts and matching tee I ordered arrived flawed. The shorts had one leg shorter the other and, the tee, quality issues with the seams.

What’s worse is their lack of customer service. I emailed to ask if the return shipping costs could be waived and their replies have been terrible. They’ve avoided answering my question, quoting policies for items that arrive in ”good condition” and are being returned just because “they didn’t work out”. It’s been infuriating since the topic of my email was about defective merchandise. It’s as if they aren’t reading what I wrote. They seem to have zero interest in communicating well with customers. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a brand. I won’t shop with them again and definitely don’t recommend their products to anyone.

EDIT: They finally changed their tone and took my request seriously: agreeing to waive the return shipping cost. I’m increasing my rating from one star to two because of that. However, it shouldn’t have taken so much effort to get there.

Abysmal customer service. I tried ordering from them once prior and never received my order. Weeks later I was refunded. I gave them a second chance and placed an order recently, only to have them forget most of my order (I received 1 of the 3 items I ordered). After contacting customer service, instead of owning up to the mistake they lied and said “it was shipped in two separate shipments.” Not true…I received a “shipping notification” for the remaining items AFTER my communication with customer service, stating only that a label had been created. A week later the status is the same—they have still not been shipped and CS is unresponsive. I give up on this company.

Who the hell would start a company and have horrible customer service???? How stupid.
How ridiculous!!! Investors in this company whomever you are, look at the reviews. They are pitiful….
The product. Sized wrong.
Bigger that size chart. Nothing fits.
No one will respond to do an exchange.
There is no phone number to call. Only text.

This company is the WORST!!! Items do not fit and trying to get a refund is impossible. I sent emails with no response, their phone number is bogus, get some contact with their FB but they do not read the thread so comments and assistance does not work. I purchased using the Shop Pay and have filed a complaint with them so my last two payments have stopped but I am still owed about $30. Contacting BBB next.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Over a month and no order and no response. I have contacted them for WEEKS on different platforms and they never once responded to me.
Promised a refund but is not willing to send a confirmation email. Upon contacting them about the refund issue they tell me they can’t refund me. They then say I should expect an email for the refund after rejecting my refund?

They can’t even give me clear answers. I never used this site in my life but I am so, so disappointed in this company.

For such an inclusive brand... What a deceptive company.

I'm giving them a 2 because I actually really like the underwear...when and if I actually receive them. I've been waiting 2.5 weeks for my last order which seems to be stuck in customs somewhere. I don't understand how having every order shipped from China is a good business model, but this will be the last time I order and I'll be disputing the charge since I have yet to receive the product.

Also, customer service is awful. Both times it's taken days to respond ("so sorry we missed this!") and their solution was to give me a 20% off coupon. No thanks.
