I’ll put no star if I could don’t buy here this is a horrible company you’ll not get your refund even if the order is not shipped I told them I have a death in the family I’m traveling the package won’t find me it’s emergency they say they’ll give me a credit I want no credit course there’s nothing to buy. They have no sympathy that I’ve lost my mother they’re evil.

Absolutely fantastic service. 6 passport type photos for under £3 is phenomenal value including delivery. Royal mail did delay delivery but the photos are absolutely perfect. Saving me £9 if I'd used Max Spielman.

I wish I had read the reviews before spending an hour trying to upload photos from my iPhone. The instructions do not work. Period. But I stumbled onto the right process finally - different from the INSTRUCTIONS! - scanned the code, chose my images only to get an error msg telling me my QR code had expired. WTF???? So, I did it again and another problem; the images I chose just did not upload.

I'm done. 50%-off coupon notwithstanding, these people are clueless. They don't tell you there is a time limit to do everything, and they consistently tell people to keep the batch below 50. It would not even upload 10! Now, I know I can upload from my phone to a directory then up to SF, but OMG! WHY do they tell people to follow instructions and IT DOESN'T EFFING WORK!!!! If you can't write accurate instructions, then how can you make me a book that is high quality? According to the reviews, they don't.

I never did get anything done after an hour trying.

Had a problem with my printed mugs fading after 8 weeks after reporting this to snapfish. 3 more replacements were on the way. now saying no dishwashers. But good service on my problem thank you

The quality of their prints have become so low I'll never use them again.

Advise it's first class postage and then tell you it has been shipped but will take 5 days to get there! Err that will be 3 days too late. What a rubbish service.

Ordered two grid style posters for a funeral made up of memories of a loved one. Contacted customer service as I could see that on the due delivery date these were still on production line. Explained to customer service ( which was an actual person not AI as other suggest) the situation and the urgency of this order. The heartfelt messages and the lengths the team went to, to get these posters out and delivered as a priority the next day was outstanding.
Kindness goes a long way. This team showed so much kindness and compassion - I'm truly grateful.
Posters were excellent quality, all 105 photos were clear. Thank you so much!

Ordered a photo mug and images sub par. Blurry

Terrible Customer Service, their Customer support people are 'Unable to chase an order up as they can't contact the team that processes orders' what a load of shite, useless

Very poor quality photo prints: grainy and with a greyish tinge.

Honestly wish I had checked reviews and timings before I placed my order.
Use FreePrints, FreeSnap or literally any other company that you can find on google for your pictures - they will be cheaper and faster.
I paid Snapfish and later placed and order with the above companies for some
simple photo printing for a birthday collage. The other 2 places were cheaper and shipped much faster. Snapfish still haven’t shipped my order after 2 days

Took my money and nothing else. Photos never delivered. UPS tracking is fake. I will get in touch with a lawyer about this. this company is a sham. No customer service representative either to ask about where your orders are or for a refund. Do NOT use this company or you will be PAYING for NOTHING!

Absolutely ridiculous website. Forces you to make an account but then doesn't let you log in but then of course sends you a load of cr*p via email! Avoid at all cost!!!!

They charge you exorbitant fees to deliver by a specific date. But they don’t deliver on time Valentine’s Day has come and gone. Thank you snapfish. This is my last order ever. Keep your promises or get out of business. Never again. I am done with you

What is going on with this company?I have 500 projects with them in the Past!!!!! I can't get the site to work and they have 0 customer service. Time to switch companies.

I wish I could give less than a star review. The product they sent me was severely cut off even though I had the image within the yellow lines. They refuse to refund me the money and only offered partial credit. I do not recommend this company. I am in the process of filing a charge back.

After reading the poor reviews, I was sceptical about ordering but I’m really glad I did!
My order arrived really quickly (2nd class), I got my order within a few days of ordering. The quality was really good, I’d definitely buy from again.

After a bit of hassle working out how to use live chat works as only can use a phone not on laptop, which has a link in the e-mail confirmation, you will find customer service is easy to assist customers, even free credits, I think the bad reviews are down to trying to get in touch using modern live chat! Easy to get upset..not easy to be calm and realise the help is there..I guess a phone number would be helpful..but e-mail is possible too!

Shipping Prices Insane!
I had a semi-decent experience with Christmas cards in 2025, and was about to use the current sale for the 1ct prints in 4x6, glossy, that expires on 1/31/2026. This is a complete scam. A pick up in store is not possible, the customer is forced to have a mail option selected to obtain the deal, and the shipping was between $50-$60! I will definitely not be using Snapfish anymore in the future.
