Dreadful lies from start to finish. Awful product which isn’t that shown on the website. Not leather but plastic clogs. Wrong size and badly packed. Lies about product control holding up shipping, but when I requested a refund it had suddenly been shipped. Sadly, I’ve been caught like this before with Bondbristol and should have checked the reviews first. I know there’s no point in trying to return because promised refunds won’t happen.

Avoid this company at at all costs! Ordered a pair of men's sandals, which when they eventually arrived were cheap, nasty and bore very little resemblance to the goods advertised. Additionally, they were purchased as 'leather' when they were clearly plastic, with small inch long bits of thin suede attaching the plastic straps to the sole (also plastic). Requested a returns label only to be advised that I could not return the goods as they were discounted, but offered a discount as an 'offer of goodwill' against another order - Got to be Joking!!!! I have ticked 1 star because I couldn't choose a minus 5 stars - utter con merchants

The goods took two weeks to come, they were advertised as orthopedic sandals. They are not orthopaedic, look really shoddy and have no grip underneath so not suitable for walking. They were also too big. I contacted the company and asked for a refund as they were too big, received a reply stating that as they were discounted they were not eligible for refund (They were £26.99). The only thing they could offer was to send a replacement in the correct size at a cost to me of an additional £9.95. I said thanks but no thanks as the shoes arent worth what I paid for them in the first place.

They deserve -10 or worse.

• Not in a box so no protection.
• Both shoes creased down both sides
• Left shoe badly creased along toe
• Uppers very thin – not the quality expected for the full RRP
• No obvious effective support features

And now they are getting iffy about a refund. Will pursue it and if necessary get the bank to repay it after dragging the money back from them

Had exactly the same issues recently with a smart watch but followed the process and got my money back from the credit card - it was over £100. Not sure what my bank will do with this £29.95 order but initial call soounded promising, said to call back after 3 weeks if not arrived or damaged

Well! It worked! Bank very willing to get my 29.95 back off them, but a day or two after I posted this on here - Noah London refunded me in full saving the bank the bother. They also didn't tell me directly they'd refunded me - too embarressed I'd beaten them????

Don't give up - keep asking and complain, and get your bank/card on the issue

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are thieves hiding in plain site of internet online selling. The clothes they project online and what arrives on your doorstep beggers belief. I was to embarrassed to take my purchase to the charity shop. Poor quality merchandise doesn't even come close. They are not a UK company so don't be fooled by the name. You will not get a refund for the trash you have just spent your hard earned money on. Trading Standards need to step up to this company because they are defying UK law and selling goods that are not fit for purpose.

First I asked for a full refund they offered me 20% refund and keep the shoes which I don’t want
Then they offered 30% then offered 40%
Then 50% then a refund if I returned the shoes to Shanghai in China
Which they wanted me to pay for the return postage
This company needs reporting to trading standards
They lie and after sales is horrendous
Do not buy from this company

The item took weeks to arrive. It was creased and bashed. They are nothing like what they are advertising. Wrong material, very cheaply made.

Absolute cheap rubbish. Shoes plastic made in China. Awful fit, wrong sizing guide and a complete waste of money. Wore for a day and couldn't wait to get them off. Chucked straight in bin. Refund? Don't bother unless you want to pay shipping to China. £32 wasted money. These nasty companies hiding behind cheap rubbish. Nothing orthopaedic about these at all. Save your money! Do your research unlike me! Lesson learnt!

There is a number 17 and a number 19. No 17 in this clearly residential area.

Well photographed clothing. Complete rubbish when it arrives. Impossible to return. They offered 25% then 40% refund to keep the goods. I had to involve Amex in the end. Not a UK Company despite the name. I recommend you never buy from these people.

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals. (20 June) Great write up. However it took ages for sandals to arrive (2nd August) and I received the incorrect size. Should have received size 4, instead I got a size 5.
Customer services have not been helpful. Constant back and forth with emails. They won't do a refund nor a return and say they sent out the correct size. NEVER USE! NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR!

Useless. Should have read the reviews before "buying"... still haven't received anything. Do not get suckered in as I did. Aren't there supposed to be laws against this type of rip off organisation?

Poor quality, Chinese crap masquerading as quality gear through a false website. Why I didn’t check on trustpilot as I usually do!?!?

Quality is awful - made from plastic - nothing like the photos online. Told they take photos with nice lighting !
Sizing is small - not a true representation. I was told all manufacturers have different variation of sizing !
Also sent the wrong size - but they won’t do anything about it !
Please be aware it’s pretty impossible to get any kind of return / refund, but if purchased in the sale, no chance !

I am appalled that this company are not referred to UK trading standards. I was just about to purchase Men’s Sandals and my Wife suggested I check Trust Pilot which I’m glad I did- They have got to be the worst reviews ever seen and so I’ll not be buying from Noah. Trading Standards must take notice of these awful reviews.

Such poor quality. Cheap nasty material and horrible cut. They wont allow a return because it was discounted! i think that's their policy across the board.

I bought from a UK website with a UK contact number.
Next day dispatch... sounded good. It turns out to be a Chinese company that takes weeks to deliver. Item arrived creased up, undersized and only similar to item ordered. No refund. Only good for donating to the charity shop.

I purchased a pair of orthopaedic wedge sandals. The description stated they were designed to give arch support and the price was reduced from over £50 to £19.99. The photo showed a pair of what looked to be leather or faux leather sandals.
In reality, the sizing was poor. They sent a size larger than what I'd ordered but there was too much room at the toe end and none at the heel. The slingback strap was not long enough and the material was a flimsy fabric.
On requesting a refund NoahLondon stated I could not return as the goods were discounted, but could send me something else, as long as I purchased something and paid another £9.50.
They stated that the photographs were taken professionally, hence why they looked different to the actual item. If you have bought from them recently and they refuse a refund, contact your bank and raise a payment dispute and they should get your money back. Also contact the company and quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once I did this they refunded my money, and so the bank could then close the case. Best advice is to avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible cheap Martha blouse. It'll go straight to a charity shop. Looks nothing like the picture. I should have been alerted that you can't see any reviews. Probably cost 50p to make in a chinese factory. Do NOT buy from Noah London. Its just chinese rubbish & its shipped straight from China. Not green at all! Sue from Dorset.
