My first experience with purchasing nillkin product directly from this website rather than 3rd party vendors. My experience was very good! Product is overall very good in all respects. delivery time also very good as per mentioned in the website. Price is also very-very reasonable in compared to other third party vendors. Over all very good experiance. I will definitely suggest others also to buy product directly from you.

Never received the products £50 worth. Lying that they were sent. Not responding to emails.
Unable to believe a company has no sense of customer service, trying to earn from scamming customers and at least without any communication.
I will update here if some communication with them.

Nillkin claimed they deliver the package at 01:09 AM(local time from local delivery), but I never received it. In response, Nillkin sent me a photo of the alleged delivery, which confusingly showed the sun shining brightly.

I have ordered wireless charging receiver from Nillkin.org for my tablet, when I received the product I found out that it does not work at all. I contacted their customer support, we had few emails back and forth, they asked to try different chargers and power adaptors, when I send the proof video of trying everything they asked for and product still would not work, they stopped replying. After few emails trying to reach them I gave up. Would not recommend anyone having business with this seller.

I ordered a tablet case (£50) in mid-December. The website stated 3-5 working days. It is now 14th January - there is no product, and I asked to be repaid the money. This hasn't happened, and I am still waiting. I'd NEVER buy from this company again. They are using unethical practices, and there is ZERO customer care. Be WARNED!

I ordered some Nillkin stuff on the 16th of December 2024 and according to Nillkin description, they were supposed to ship them from a local warehouse in the U.S in 3-5 days. But they delivered it yesterday after 17 days!!!! Right 17 DAYS from China!and intresting thing about it It's not even complete, and they simpley did not sent one of my order although I checked with customer service what are supposed to be in shipping box! And one of orders also is some kind of defective!
Really disapointed from the great service of NILLKIN . Wanted to buy some wireless charger and speaker from them , but No thank you.
Please learn from my loss. It does not worth to wait 17 days and then they forgot to send your entire order!. Long story short : Do Not buy anything from their site!

I placed an order 18 days ago, falling for the 3-5 days shipping stated on their website.

Ordered on the 2nd of December, still not received. I am now having to order again from another company.

Agree with others about shipping. It did "ship" the next day. But, according to tracking, it sat for 3 days before pickup. It will be 2 wks tomorrow since it "shipped". Even with Thanksgiving, this is more than 3-5 days.

Extremely poor customer service. Item arrived much later than promised, forcing me to by a phone case from somewhere else for my new phone.
They lied saying that I would have to return the case to China because they didn't have a warehouse in the UK, despite the postage label having a uk return address on the postage label.

Great keyboard and case for my I pad air took a little while to get here which I informed them about and they acknowledge my e mails so I received good customer service.the case is very sturdy nd gives excellent protection and the keyboard is also very good so I your looking for a sturdy case to protect you I pad I would definitely recommend this one

Very bad experience with my recent order with Nillkin this late September.
My order was "supposedly delivered" according to their appointed shipper website, but the FACT is I DID NOT receive it.
Attempted multiple times to contact both seller and shipper - through email ONLY.
Totally no response from both parties involved to my inquiries for more than 3 weeks.
No Customer Services, totally unprofessional.

My first negative feedback in my lifetime, hopefully the only time.
I would refrain doing any business with this seller.

This is the second time I am ordering the item Nillkin CLRFilm Camera Tempered Glass for iPhone 15 Plus 6.7 (iPhone 15+) (2023), and they had sent the wrong again. Plus I had to pay extra charges for tax sending via Brussels. I tried to send an email, nobody cares nobody seems to exist. And I am really sceptical about who is behind this company Nilkin when every time, the sender is someone else every time. Once it was from Russia, another was from China, another was from Brussels, another was from Germany. They are good products, but the customer experience and service is so unprofessional. Last time I am ordering and I have been ordering the last 12 years... and I do not feel sad about it. The will not give any returns nor they will answer any emails. There are other better companies, try them first.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is sent from China but if for some reason it isn’t right THEY WIL NOT REFUND YOU UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN TO CHINA! They quickly offer you 10% back hoping you take that. If you say no they quickly offer you 15% but will not offer help to return - you pay for all of it.

Fake 60 day refund guarantee.

Delayed replying to my email for 2 weeks.

Made me send photos, videos and wasted time until they just decided "you can't return it's been more than 30 days".

Product is in brand new condition, will submit formal complaints.

I finally received the case for my Pixel 7 from you yesterday. I've been using Nillkin products for years and recommended this company to my friends; but still I'm surprised with the thoughtful and precise design of the case, and not only that but also perfect dimensions and cutouts to the extent one might wonder if the case was designed for the phone or vice versa. I was expecting it to be good, but not THAT good :) You are the best! Totally worth the wait. Thank you so much!
