These people are so slimy that they have a phony image of this site giving it 5 stars, an obvious lie.

I was skeptical about the website after seeing many bad reviews on trustpilot, however only after 2 weeks I received my order.
The case is a perfect fit for my phone and the screen protector is easy to use

bought a S10 ultra case with foldable cover as stand. used it for 7mths, the leather cover stand torn off from the case without external force applied. Left the tablet in stand mode overnight and it happens next day in the morning. contacted both Nillkin's customer service email and their official facebook channel but no reply.

Nilkin took my order of £30 nearly 4 months ago and I have received no product. They keep stringing me along saying they will send me a product shortly and have refused to refund me. Disgusting scam service.

The product showed up fairly quickly however I was disappointed. I hands 2 pack of screen protectors for my OnePlus 12. I followed the instructions carefully. The first one left a distinct portion of screen unprotected on the top right corner uncovered meaning that there was now a black line in the corner from the protector and screen either side. Despite attempts to adjust slightly it wouldn't sit correctly, as anyone will know as soon as it comes off it's not going back on cleanly so I started over with the other protector. Again instructions were followed carefully but this time the screen has bubbles that would not go no matter how hard the included tool was pressed onto the screen. There was also a significant smear that became visible at certain angles. So that was both protectors unusable and faulty. Contacted Nillkin and explained what had happened. They basically accused me of botching the fitting but offered a 10% refund to convey their "commitment to customer care". So they want to give me a £1.19 refund and leave me £10 out of pocket for the privilege of having no screen protector? Very very poor

4 Months on they took my money but delivery didn't happen. Now they won't respond to my emails asking what's going on or where my refund is.

I'd be inclined to call them a scam

This is the best case I've ever had on my Galaxy S21 FE. It's slim, hardy, and has a nice feel. Arrived promptly without any trouble.

I ordered an item and received very vague tracking information. It turned out the delivery was handled by Yodel, who use a different tracking number that I was never given.

As expected, Yodel delivered it to a “porch” — we don’t have one, nor did I specify any safe place. I was in the office at the time, and all they had to do was hand it to me directly.

I contacted both Nillkin and Yodel. Yodel claim they delivered it somewhere, and Nillkin insist they need proof of non-delivery before doing anything — effectively leaving me stuck.

I would have been happy with a refund or replacement, but Nillkin refused to help, so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank.

The product might have been fine, but thanks to two companies who can’t manage a basic delivery, I’ll never know.

J’ai passé une commande sur Nillkin.cc il y a plus d’une semaine, et depuis, aucune information sur l’expédition ni le moindre suivi.

Malgré plusieurs messages envoyés au service client, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse.

En tant que client basé en France, cette absence totale de communication me fait sérieusement douter de la fiabilité du site, voire suspecter une arnaque.

After reading reviews on delivery times I was worried case wouldn't arrive in time as my son needed it for a school camp. Came in exactly 5 days as advertised (Aus based purchaser).
Product (S7FE Tab keyboard case) seems very good quality and so far very happy.

Outright lies. They state "genuine leather" for their Samsung s25 Ultra case. It's vinyl. Also, the camera slide cover is cheaply made. It also took two weeks to get to me. I want my money back.

Take forever to actually Ship items, it's been over a week and nothing, they apologised and said they'd throw in a free cable if I kept the order. I just think their another drop shopping Company with no stock in hand in the destination country.

Just wasted my money, the tempered glass for the Xiaomi 14t wouldn't fit if you use a phone cover, I tried several times and fed up at last, threw away the tempered glass in the bin.

At least once check whether the tempered glass would fit the mentioned mobile screen properly with the phone cover. It's just ridiculous, it was expensive, around 19 pounds, regret buying from nillkin.

Very bad quality for very big price, it's lasted less than 2 months and fell apart (frosted shield z fold 6)

Bought a case for my Samsung S25 ultra from these guys.. arrived within 11 days. Open the box that states its for a S25 Ultra and its the wrong case. Must be for a Samsung S25 or S25 plus, it didn't even have a hole for my S pen. Sent 3 emails and haven't had one reply since I emailed them 5 days ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Scammers

I ordered a screen protector and also a case cover for my Xiaomi 15 ultra. I recieved only the screen protector. Where is my case that I paid for??

Placed and order with this company for an iPad case 3 March, 3-5 day expedited delivery, it is now 20 March and, nothing, no email, no tracking number, no reply to emails sent. Do not use this Chinese company they are utter rubbish.

Ordered a phonecase on 28th Feb, 1 to 3 business days delivery, yeah ok .. still hasn't turned up.... on complaining they sent me a tracking number ... apparently it arrived at a site in Stoke, Home delivery? Last Thursday. But their driver had a small problem with delivering my item..... whatever that was it never turned up ..... ive been scammed.... if I'd known it was a Chinese company I'd of avoided it but I didn't !!!!

Not a UK company, you can’t return things, I discovered this after accidentally ordering the wrong size. I had to sell on my case on eBay, but I did buy another case as the product is good.
