Total Scam. I have not received my order. Tracking says its still in China. Customer service non existent. No replies to my emails. They have taken money and not delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
Shocking communication.
Product arrived, after about a week and a half after order was placed. Product was packaged great the case itself was a good item and worked well. After a few weeks the phone case began to develop faults I contacted customer service which has been an absolute travesty of a time. The issues was raised in mid April its now early June and still nothing sorted or anything seems to be being sorted. Avoid this place like the plague.

I recently bought a MagSafe® Compatible Iceblade CamProp Case with Transparent Camera Cover. I left a three-star review as the case was not as protective as advertised and the camera cover scratched very easily. I left the review because they asked me to leave one and it was removed from the website. Now I know why their website only has five-star reviews.
Service client déplorable
Service client déplorable. Réponse à mon email sous 3 semaines. Je demande un échange et remboursement d'un appareil non utilisé qui ne convenait pas), ils ne respectent pas du tout les conditions générales de vente, la personne me dit qu'ils ne reprennent pas, puis en négociant ils font un geste (remise de 10%).

They ship from China, so slow delivery. The so called return policy does not exist! Emails are ignored.
Non-existence of after-sale service

I will never deal with this company again and will take every single chance to condemn their company online!!!
Useless nillkin case for Samsung fold7
The nillkin case for Samsung fold7 is substandard; within 6m after purchasing it, phone slipped off sofa onto carpet about 30-40cm and the corner broke! Their website says warranty doesn't cover dropping it! What's the point of a case if it breaks after 1st drop! Disappointed. Have to buy a different case now. Waste of £!
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, say it has a "concealed kickstand support" it certainly doesn't.
You can send it back to China but it will cost more than the product itself. Never again am I buying Chinese rubbish and being conned.

They are awesome got a case for my S26 Ultra the camera cover was a bit crooked but they immediately sent me a free replacement case! Very happy.
Avoid this site at all costs
Avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a “premium” case and screen protector for my Samsung S26 Ultra, and the screen protector almost cracked the moment I tried to apply it.
I emailed customer service three times and got no response whatsoever.

Wish I could give no stars and wish I’d checked reviews before ordering. Awful customer service. Ordered two items no update on delivery, when I chased I was told item 1 was out of stock and item 2 would be dispatched with a 10% discount if I agreed. I didn’t agree and said do not dispatch as item 2 is useless without item 1. Ow no response from customer services they’ve dispatched despite me asking not to, and not refunded me for item 1 or given the 10% deposit. I have constantly emailed and chatted with the robot. Now off to take up with credit card company. Awful awful service avoid at all costs

I requested a refund, this was received the following day. Twice I emailed, twice I got a response very quickly. The order couldn't be fulfilled but I was refunded immediately.
Nil Point
If I could give a minus I would and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this item. The customer service is beyond rubbish as is the product. I was convinced into buying the foldaway chargers as I was assured by the company that it would support a Garmin watch. The product I was sent doesn’t. Now customer service have told me that the element is out of stock so it was customer error even though it was in stock when I placed the order. So for a refund I have to pay to return it to China. Unacceptable. Steer clear of this company.
Terrible service - Out of stock items sold as available
I had a very poor experience with this store. They are selling products that they don't actually have in stock. I paid for my order and had to wait 14 days just for it to be shipped.
To make it worse, they tried to compensate for this two-week delay and lack of professional communication with a miserable 10% refund. Don't bother sending it; a small discount doesn't fix the frustration of poor management and wasted time. I will not be buying from here again. Avoid if you expect timely shipping.
