Terrible customer service and a poorly made product.
I ordered an iPad case that came damaged with scratches and frosting to the glazing and they are flat out refusing to offer a refund - they keep acknowledging it’s damaged and offering a partial refund and a new product, but as other have said, the responses are poor.
They have now advised me that I must have damaged the case, and that it’s totally ok to get new products damaged, so I would suggest avoiding this company entirely.

Zu den Produkten kann ich leider keine Erfahrungen teilen da ich meine Bestellung nicht erhalten habe aber dem Unternehmen bzw. dem Kundendienst würde ich nicht einmal einen Stern geben.
Der Service reagiert in der Regel innerhalb von 7-14 Tagen auf eine Anfrage, in meinen Fall ist das Produkt nicht angekommen, jedoch weigert sich Nillkin den Betrag zu erstatten.
Mir wurde ein Rabattcode als Entschädigung angeboten, wobei man schon ziemlich dämlich sein muss nochmal Geld in dieses Unternehmen zu verbrennen.

Its been over a month now and not received my phone case, its been sent back to the sender saying they needed to update the address, which is correct on the order, this is the 2nd time they have said this. Still no refund
Faulty case and no customer service
bought a MagSafe-compatible case for my Samsung S24 from this company, but unfortunately it has been a very poor experience. The magnet is badly misaligned, which means the phone does not connect properly to a wireless charger. To make it work I have to move the phone out of position, and when I do this the phone overheats badly. Without the case, my phone charges normally without overheating, so the issue is definitely with the case.
I contacted the company for a refund as the case is faulty and not fit for purpose, but over a month later I am still waiting. The only reply I received was that they were busy and would look into it "ASAP" – but nothing since.
This was not a cheap case, and I now can’t use it because it risks damaging my brand new phone. Very disappointing product and customer service.

Fails Quickly and the Company Won’t Stand Behind It
I purchased a Nillkin Earphone Case for AirPods Pro 2 through Amazon on January 30, 2025. Despite taking excellent care of it, the case suddenly stopped closing properly after less than a year of use. Since the purchase window with Amazon had passed, I reached out to Nillkin directly, per Amazon’s recommendation, to ask about warranty options.
I even offered to provide photos showing that the case was never dropped or misused. Unfortunately, Nillkin denied a replacement. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer support. Instead, I was met with poor service and a company that doesn’t seem to stand behind its own warranty.
Very disappointing experience, both overpriced and unreliable.

The pros: The item arrived quickly.
That is where it ends. The charger does not charge as advertised. When we contacted them, they wanted videos of the device not charging. We sent that through. We then got numerous emails offering a replacement when our email clearly asked for a refund. We then got sent a detailed explanation about how difficult a refund would be and the unlikelihood of the refund being successful. They then offered two options, they could send us out another one or they could offer a significant discount if we bought another one.
Will not buy from this company again.

Frosted shield case Fold 7
Bought a frosted shield case for my fold 7. Postage was slightly slow as it came from china but the case is amazing. The best case for a fold and I have had them all, very cheap also. I was very shocked at the quality. Will use again.
Beware. I paid £11.90 and received an empty padded envelope
I ordered a pair of screen protectors for my Xiaomi 14 Ultra on 25th July. The company states delivery in 3-5 business days. Yodel emailed me on the 4th August to say they had my order and that it would be delivered by 6th August (already well overdue). On 6th August, my delivery time was confirmed as between 2pm and 4pm. The delivery guy arrived at 3.02pm carrying the package. He handed it to me and suggested I check that the contents were intact. The top of the envelope had been ripped open and was totally empty. Somewhere along the way, my screen protectors had been stolen (if they were ever in the envelope)! I have no idea why Yodel would still deliver a clearly empty padded envelope? I refused delivery of this empty envelope and emailed Nillkin with photos of the envelope and asked for a refund. I will keep you posted as to whether I get my refund - reading the other reviews, I am not optimistic!!
