Purchased a Nightfox Whisker for commercial ecology surveys and it performed well. After approx 18 months it developed a fault which impacted the flexibility of the unit. Contacted the support desk and Rebecca replied. The service from her and Nightfox was outstanding, totally professional, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing Firefox equipment knowing just how contactable and professional they are. It's refreshing to deal with an organisation that takes ownership of a problem immediately, resolves it quickly and maintains excellent customer goodwill. I cannot recommend the service from Firefox any higher and that is based on actual experience with them.

They are very knowledgeable about their products, offer good deals at decent prices and delivery is prompt and reasonably priced.

I use 2 Night Fox I/R torches , 1 in 850 1 in 940 and can highly recommend them, I prefer the LED as it goes well with my night vision scope, Customer service has been excellent

The Nightfox website was easy to use and the product information was comprehensive. I scanned the Internet looking for what I thought I wanted and when I found Nightfox I looked no further. I bought night vision binoculars to watch wildlife in the garden. For the price I was shocked at the level of performance and specification level. I've had the product for a year now and works as good as when new, the outer casing is robust with good quality materials, it looks stylish too. I wear glasses and viewing is not a problem. I highly recommend Nightfox, if like me you want to connect and see the world beyond your garden at night.

I have purchased items 2 times at Nightfox,

The first time was to get a Vulpes HD Rangefinder, which was no longer in stock. Their support team reached out to me and managed to get me a refurbished one at a cheaper price and it works fantastic.

The second time I brought a Prowl Monocular Night Vision, this one also works incredibly well.

I have used other digital night visions before, but the Prowl definitely is one of the best, having a single nod helps a lot with depth perception and lining it up with the sight of your Airsoft gun, it has a wider fov then some others.

Definitely would recommend!

Besides being affordable, and of high quality. It’s the sales and after sales service I much appreciate. I look forward to the newer models.

I recently ordered the Spectrum flashlight, and it is every bit as good as advertised. The flashlight is fantastic, the batteries last for a LONG time, and the beam is really bright, for those dark nights, attics, or closets. It is more than worth the money I paid for it.

The goggles perfom very well, my only real problem is that because I wear spectacles I cannot use the supplied eye shield as they are not large enough . This means I cannot focus properly on the screen. I need a better solution.

Maybe I got a lemon, but my Nightfox Prowl unit does not work well at all. Very disappointing and I've updated it in hopes that it helped. But it is still unusable

I have bought a few items off Nightfox for Bat surveys. I have 3 camera's, an infra red torch and a Nightfox Arc Lamp. All products are brilliant. They are made to last, they are a good price and their after sales care is 2nd to none. They go above and beyond. They even listen and take on all our requests for features in new products. I have never know such a great company.

I bought a Vulpes in December 2022. I use it every week to watch wildlife and have been very pleased with the results, it has superb optics. Recently I had a minor issue with it. I exchanged a few emails with Nightfox to explore the issue. The sent me a mail label to sent the Vulpes to them. They resolved the issue and returned it to me. A very happy customer.

It works as intended with more features than i expected and it has a long IR viewing range

I bought two for airsoft work perfectly , easy to use , but will be little bit good if the buttons will same like in NVG-s and also if its will be possible to make lower visibility of the IRL or be possible to buy IRL filter on it cause with zero IRL not so good .

But I offer for others as well because great product !

I ordered the swift 2, and recieved an outdated version. The Nightfox team resort thus issue by granting me a free of charge Prowl and let me krep the swift. Very good support. The sd card i recieved was corrupt and bugged the prowl, so i cant use it. Both the sd card and prowl was marked as a sale rather than a warranty replacement. So i had to pay import tax 3 times. Nightfox refunded one of them. All in all 9/10 experience with support. I wish it was marked as replacement for tax issues, and i wish i got an actual working sd card, but a free prow is a free prowl. As for the product itself: I find it easy to use, but there is one major issue that takes an otherwise 10/10 product down to a 7/10. and that is the small phillips skrew in the battery door, aswell as the unit only taking button top batteries. The battery compartment should have a good size thumb skrew for easy swap of the battery. I have 19, 18650 batteries, but in real life field use, having to use a tiny skrewdriver to swap batteries gives med literal migrenes. It could just aswell be welded shut. Because when you need to swap battery, its highly inconveniant to do so. I have 3d printed an adapter so i can use non button tops, but that shouldnt be necessary. Change this in the next version please. And also! Dont ship new products with outdated firmware. That is a shady and lazy practice that customers really do not appreciate.

It might sound like alit of negatives here. But the support team and the product is definitely all in all very good.

The response of the company to any question is not only immediate, but also really helpful and complete. The product came on schedule, or even earlier than expected, which is nice. And what's even better is that they continue free support for their product with firmware updates that make the experience better and better. The DNVG I bought from Nightfox is the Prowl, so everything refers to this model.
