Fantastic service and staff throughout, some cases are tricky but they pulled through for us and we can’t be happier, especially just before Christmas.

These people are brilliant, don’t let people rob you phone them they will give you the best advice and help you as much as they can, they have done a amazing job so far with me and if I ever find myself in a similar situation again I won’t hesitate to phone them!.

After speaking on the phone with Phillip, not only was my mind put at ease, but also relief that finally I may get back what I'm owed.
After hearing nothing at all for 3 days, did wonder if they had started on my case.
I needn't have worried, within 3 days of taking the details I had the money in full which I had spent years trying to recover.

They don't answer phone calls. If they do, they tell they will get back to you but they don't.

I had been going crazy trying to get British Gas to recompense me for a nasty accident that occurred because of their ineptness.
Brian gave me a few pointers, eventually I did ware them down & it cost British Gas more money that I originally asked for. It doesn't matter how big a company is, if they are in the wrong, don't let them take advantage or be scared. Brian comes across as warm & very professional, give them a go if you need any help in debt collection.

Having been down the small claims route before and knowing how long-winded it all is without any real guarantee of getting my money back, I saw the ad for Nightfox and thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. Brian was very helpful over the phone and within twenty minutes he had conducted traces and financial searches on my debtor and emailed me a complimentary report. This was the first time that we have used Nightfox and as my boss had already spent over a £1500 on solicitors it was difficult to persuade my boss to carry on. But he knows I am always right in the end! And we had worked so hard for this customer who was completely changing the scope of the work throughout the entire job.
It took a couple of months and quite a few visits but Jon and the team managed to get the debt back and most of the costs.

Phil at Nightfox tracked down a particularly tricky business debtor and went as far as he could to recover the debt owed. Took some time, but this wasn't a straightforward debt with difficult circumstances and a very slippery character that owed me and a lot of other people a lot of money.
