Niche Recruitment Omdömen

From my first contact with Niche, Kyle was friendly and approachable and happy to answer the many questions I had! The meeting before my interview with Kyle and Glenn was helpful in giving me more understanding about the role and position. Now after being in my new role, I’ve received a beautiful welcome gift from Niche - what a lovely touch! All in all it was a fabulous experience!

Such a great company, so helpful and all the staff are so friendly! Kyle was especially helpful and gave me so much support when interviewing for my new role. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a bit more support and guidance.

Kyle was amazing throughout my journey, really helpful, nice and supportive. I couldn’t recommend this business enough ☺️

I recently had the privilege of working with Niche Recruitment, and I must say that they are nothing short of exceptional in their field. From start to finish, my experience with them was outstanding, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

The entire process began with an in-depth consultation with their talented team of recruiters, specifically Kyle. He took the time to understand my career goals, skills, and preferences, ensuring they had a comprehensive understanding of what I was looking for in my next opportunity. This personalized approach immediately set them apart from other agencies I had worked with in the past.

Communication was seamless throughout my engagement with Niche Recruitment. Kyle kept me informed at every step, from initial job submissions to interview scheduling and post-interview feedback. Their transparency and responsiveness were unparalleled, giving me a sense of confidence and reassurance that I was in good hands.

I got the job finally.

Niche Recruitment - specifically Kyle was amazing. He was 10/10 with everything and definitely recommend him for any one.

Niche Recruitment and especially Amber were really helpful and easy to work with during my recent job search. Amber was always quick to respond and kept me updated.

I've been very impressed with Niche Recruitment and the recorded video interview experience.

I had applied for a job listing posted by Niche Recruitment, and got a call back from Nick fairly quickly. Nick was professional, friendly, and brilliant at keeping me informed about what was going on and what the next steps were.

Rather then just sending the company my CV, I was asked to do a short recorded video interview where we addressed some of the main points from the job description and helped bring my CV to life. I had a follow up interview with the company I applied for shortly after the video was sent and was then offered the job. Nick gave me helpful advice before the recorded interview, and before the interview with the company I was applying for.

I would definitely recommend Niche Recruitment to anyone looking for a new job.

Very much pleased with the service offered by Niche Recruitment. I am very much grateful to Kyle Marr who handled my application from selecting my CV to offering the job. Very professional, he knows what he is doing and brings that confidence in people. I liked the way he kept me informed about the vacancy. The most important thing which I have never came across with any other agency is preparation call. Thank you so much for all your help.

I had an excellent experience with Niche Recruitment from the initial contact in relation to the role through to receiving and accepting the job offer.

Nick Wimshurst and Tracy Wilkins have been a great help. I would like to give a BIG thanks to Tracy Wilkins who was great throughout the process. She assisted myself and was very attentive.

I would highly recommend their services.

Really open and communicative team, Nick & Kyle were great to deal with and kept me updated promptly all through the process. Answered any questions I had promptly and fully.

I’ve been looking for a job for some time and spoke to many recruiters over the past few months but when I had the first call from Jack I could just tell how invested in both his job, and my job he was. He made sure to ask me plenty of questions before putting me forward for a job to ensure it was something I was interested in and to ensure I was the right candidate. Throughout the whole interview process the communication was incredible, keeping my updated with everything and also just checking it to make sure I’m feeling okay before the interview, afterwards and since then. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from both Niche and Jack himself.

Niche Recruitment is the most professional, supportive and thoughtful recruitment company that I have worked with.
They found me when I was looking for a new job after Covid-19 pandemic. I was so lucky they noticed my potential. I was advised to apply for a temporary position within a respectable company which I got at the end with their great support through every recruitment process step. Later with Niche Recruitment support and the trust in me I got a further two temporary positions within the same company. I am very grateful to Niche Recruitment for these job opportunities they gave me because it helped me to gain the required job experience to get a permanent role at the same company.
Big thank you to Michelle, Tracy and Nick! All the best to you all.

Niche helped me find my current role, they were super informative and supporting through every step of the process.
The team went above and beyond

I not only changed jobs (the first time in 10 years ) but job sectors also.
Tracy was very knowledgeable and very friendly, she was always at the end of the phone and made me feel that I was her only client. she put my mind and nerves at ease straight away.
Niche dealt with the whole application smoothly and swiftly, I applied for a job on a Sunday afternoon and had a job offer in place by tea time on Thursday excellent service.

Honestly, everything you could want from a recruitment company. Michelle has been brilliant from day one - accommodating, professional and friendly. I really feel like my needs and wants were listened to and supported in my search for the ideal job role. Thank you!

Niche is a recruitment company that cannot be faulted.

Every interaction I have had with Michelle or Amber has really stood out to me, they go above and beyond in every aspect of the recruitment process. I felt at ease and never under any pressure, unlike any experience I have had with other recruitment agencies.

You really do feel that they care about you, your needs and their clients. I would highly recommend Niche, I'm confident in saying you will not find a better service.

An absolutely great recruiter, so helpful and supportive every step of the way, even after I had been offered my new role still checking in to make sure everything was in place. Couldn’t recommend Niche more for recruitment. A big thanks to Nick for all of his help in getting me the next step in my career.
