I don’t even know where to begin. Recently I fell in love with Tang Heritage’s Rei Jade collection and I noticed some of the review had a past rendition of the collection’s bracelet. Lin was extremely helpful and helped me get an old design that’s no longer being sold. The bracelet was extremely beautiful and is a crucial part of my everyday wear. I am now a repeat customer for the same bracelet. If you’re interested in a custom order like me, please reach out to the artisan team because they will do their diligence to satisfy you!

The quality of products that this brand creates is really amazing. I ordered the blue orchid bag a little while ago. I can’t wait to see it in person. I have purchased a few red agate bracelets for myself and my mother. I purchased the Tang 27 Crocodile Embossed Leather bag for my mom’s birthday. It’s really beautiful. If you can, try one of these bags. You won’t be disappointed.

Exemplary customer service
Customer service is definitely commendable. Very responsive and professional. Resolved my concerns promptly. Jewelry boxes were accidentally damaged when I received it due to delivery person’s failure of not dropping package in the right location. It’s not Tang Heritage’s fault, but they replaced it with no questions. I am ordering again in the future not only because their products are of great quality and speaks authenticity, but mostly because of how impressive their customer service is. Thank you Lin. BTW, I ordered the fire horse bracelet and I absolutely love it. It looks beautiful on my wrist.

Long waitlist time, but overall good quality bag.
I recently got their Tang Gold Song Brocade Bag, offered to me after it's been sold out for months as the person who reserved the piece backed out. I loved how good the colors of the champagne leather and gold-reflective Song Brocade look together, but I do not love the wait time for this bag. Despite the exceptional craftsmanship, I'm not sure if I could be as patient in the future for some of their other bags that have already sold out.

I ordered the Tang Red 27 Scarlet…
I ordered the Tang Red 27 Scarlet Crocodile-Embossed Tote for my wife. When it arrived, It was even more impressive in person. My wife already has some of the highest luxury bags but none came as beautifully wrapped as the Tang Heritage did.
The bag took 11 days to arrive. I did send an email and the Tang Heritage team responded right away. They said it should arrive by January 6th but it arrived even earlier today. I did read on Reddit that the bag goes through a rigorous quality check before sending it.
My wife loved the bag and I am going to order the Tang Red 28 and Imperial 27 handbags for her birthday.

Excellent customer service
First, the bag was beautiful! Exactly as described. It even came beautifully packaged. All hardware was protected and the bag packed to prevent crushing or marking.
Second, the interior was nice, including a zippered area to safely carry smaller items and money.
Unfortunately, the interior zipper wasn't smooth. I emailed CX and they responded promptly. They tried to help me remedy the situation and I even took it to a leather goods specialist but he was unable to help fix it with wax.
After we tried these remedies and determined we couldn't fix the issue, they immediately shipped a replacement bag. What an amazing company! I wish others responded like this.

Stunning Embroidery & Dreamy Details – A Versatile Piece!
I just received my bag today and I must say I am blown away by the embroidery details.So intricate, it feels like a dream! I especially love the gold threads that were weaved in between the white threads. This colour looks so wearable for all my outfits, I can already imagine this bag being a versatile piece!! I’m just sad it doesn’t come in more colors.Tang Heritage, if you’re reading this, maybe consider making more colors?
