Attempted deliveries

I was experiencing difficulties with my recent delivery, maybe driver coukdnt find a parking to drop my parcel, attempted twice.. I was able to contact DAI's customer service and Scott was very helpful on my enquiry, full of knowledge and willing to sort out issues on time and he even followed up my delivery. Item was even delivered to on Saturday morning at last. Scott performance was beyond expectations. Im very impressed and his service is much appreciated 👏. Thank you Scott. Well done. Regards, RE

very good efficient and effective service to rectify the delivery delay

When my parcel from the US was to be delivered, I received a note to explain that it could not be left There being no safe place. Unfortunately the deliverer from Dai post had not seen the secure parcel box at the entrance to my apartment block. I immediately telephoned the company.
I recieved further communication from Scott Jala to sort the issue and 2 days later, a Sunday, my parcel was delivered; very good efficient and effective service to rectify the delivery delay; well done Scott Jala.

Delivery to Western Australia

On enquiring when a parcel would be delivered in Western Australia, Scot Jala replied by return e mail with all the available details and followed through until the parcel was delivered.

I had an issue with a parcel of mine…

I had an issue with a parcel of mine being sent to the wrong address because of an error made at one of the mail centers/freight forwarding facilities it passed through. Scott from Parcelright was able to find out for me that it was indeed addressed correctly, but was on it's way to the wrong delivery center for some reason. He then sent this delivery center a request for a redirect and kept me up to date with its progress right up until it was loaded onto the courier van at my local delivery depot, ready for its final journey to me.

Parcelright - Not…

Absolute donkeys… incompetence seems to be a prerequisite ..#Raj. …if there is not enough deliveries for your area, they will push your delivery back! then lie and promise we will deliver tomorrow.. I had this for the last 7 days and counting..

Customer service wants to tell me about their drivers having a reason to deliver to my area .. Lady I don’t understand.. how about the reason that I am waiting for my delivery!!!!

Great experience with this delivery company! Communication was fast, clear, and very helpful from start to finish. They kept me updated and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their service!

Scott was very helpful in explaining how to read my address to the delivery driver and on the 3rd attempt they finally delivered the parcel.

Terrific customer service

I forgot to change my delivery address, and Scott ensured my package arrived at the correct address before it was sent back overseas. He was responsive, kind, and professional. Thanks so much, Scott! I hope to use your services again. :)
