Niche Recruitment Omdömen

Tracy and Michell have been terrific!!

Niche Recruitment is a breath of fresh air in the world of recruitment! I have dealt with a number of agencies over the last few months and unfortunately they didn’t fill me with confidence…calling about roles I clearly wasn’t suited for, no follow up or feedback, and I wondered if some of them had actually read my C.V.!

Nick at Niche changed that. He took time to understand what I was looking for, knew what the client was looking for and briefed me at every stage of the interview process. As a result I got the job. The congratulations card and present was the cherry on the cake! I have never known a recruiter go that extra mile…so I would highly recommend them! Thank you for all you help!

I couldn’t speak more highly of Nick and Michelle at Niche Recruitment. I’m genuinely glad they reached out with a position that aligned perfectly with my profile and matched exactly what the employer was looking for.

What really stood out was their professionalism and excellent communication throughout the entire recruitment process. They made everything clear, efficient, and genuinely supportive from start to finish.

If you’re in need of a recruitment agency or looking for your next opportunity, I can’t recommend Niche Recruitment enough.

I have got my first marketing role with help from Michaela and Michelle! They were both so supportive and enthusiastic towards me and always kept me up to date! so easy to contact if there were any issues and would definitely recommend Niche Recruitment! Thank you once again.

I spoke to Tracey and Nick, both who were really supportive and helpful throughout my application process. They took time to ensure I was happy and comfortable, and I can't thank either of them enough. Thank you Niche Recruitment!

Great experience and communication from both Nick and Michelle
Looking forward to starting my new role

I can’t recommend Niche Recruitment at Callow Hill highly enough. They have helped me secure two fantastic roles with two amazing companies within the past nine months—first a temporary contract, and now a permanent position offering excellent opportunities for long-term career development.

The whole team has been incredibly supportive, professional and quick to answer any questions. They always took the time to explain anything I was unsure about, and I genuinely felt they were as invested in finding the right role for me as I was.

A special thank you to Tracy, Michelle and Nick for all their support throughout my journey. Every member of the team is a credit to the company.

The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. Tracy was polite and professional, keeping me up to date and in contact during the full recruitment process. I particularly liked the video interview opportunity. If it ever becomes necessary again to look for a new job role, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Niche first.

Niche recruitment have been absolutely fantastic with helping me secure a position after being made redundant. Michelle and Michaela couldn't do enough to help me.

Thanks guys.

I had a great experience with Michelle and Ishaarah at Niche while applying for a role online. Michelle guided me through the entire process, from interview to interview, and was very empathetic and professional throughout. In particular I would highlight the way she provides constant communication and feedback, and prepares you well for the company! If ever there is a need for job searching in the future, I would be grateful to work with Niche.

I have had an excellent experience with Niche Recruitment. Michaela and Michelle have been a total Dream Team for me and all of the members of the team I have spoken with have been kind, helpful and supportive.
They really went above and beyond to help me with my application, and I am extremely grateful for all the time they have given me!

I had a fantastic experience with Niche Recruitment and would highly recommend them. I was initially approached by the team about a role that was a great fit for my background, and from start to finish the process was clear, well organised, and easy to follow. Communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates and support at every stage, including taking the time to review materials ahead of interviews. After searching for a new opportunity in a very competitive market for some time, I was delighted to secure a great opportunity through Niche Recruitment. The team made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process, and the offer was communicated in such a positive and personal way. A huge thank you to Michelle and the team for all their help.

Absolutely Amazing ! I have never had such a good experience with a recruitment agency. Tracey was extremely competent, professional and helpful from start to finish, even after helping me nail the job, she was still going the extra mile to ensure that the process of onboarding was completed effectively.

I have had such a positive experience with Niche Recruitment.

I have used Niche twice now and both times they have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Within a week I have applied, been contacted, interviewed and offered a role. Would highly recommend to anyone and they definitely outshine any other recruiters I have used before as they have a genuine care and interest in their clients. Tracy and Nick were both so helpful and couldn’t ask for any more from them.
