This was my second car from NHS Fleet. The whole process of applying for the new car and the swapping was very smooth. No issues faced. Had a very nice experience with customer care team as well.

This is my second lease car and I cannot fault the process. It really has been seedless and easy.

They was very good and kept me in the know from start of order up untill delivery, it was an easy process and always someone to talk if needed . Was quick at responding to enquiries.

The fleet website is great, it’s easy to use, very accessible, you’re kept informed, however the company that actually organise deliver of the car the transport company they use have been useless, communication from this side of things has been awful.
My car was supposed to be delivered on weds this week, they said it could be scheduled to the next day, Thursday, which was fine, however as this was not the original date I had planned. I had plans so asked if my partner could take delivery, I asked this question in response to the email they sent me and they never replied, I tried calling twice and they never answered. On Thursday I waited around all day for my car as delivery window is 8-6, I received a phone call at 4pm from the transport company who deliver the car to say it wouldn’t be delivered until tomorrow which is now Friday, they told me it would be delivered before 12pm and that I would receive a phone call updating my of the ETA, it is currently 1130 and I have heard nothing.
So for this reason I have only awarded 3 stars.

Avoid avoid avoid. My whole experience has been awful from the very start with an order placed in January 2025 finally ending up with a delivery in August 2025. I had to return the car early due to ill health and felt I was overcharged for the "damage" (wear and tear) to the car. There were small scratches on the front bumper I was expecting to be charged for but not the amount I was charged (over £500). I was also charged £50 for a "deep clean" for a car that I felt was kept as clean as you would any car. The worst of it it was the front copy of the vehicle inspection form I signed when the car was picked up was altered after the event by someone at their end by a tick being added in the rear bumper column. What I believe to have been fraudulent was subsequently dismissed by them and they demanded the full charges. I escalated this and tried to dispute this clear falsification but I have got nowhere. I have reluctantly paid the full amount today but the whole experience has left me disheartened. I feel like I have been scammed if I am honest. If you do use them be very careful what you sign and double check everything. Someone clearly falsified the vehicle report form but the ranks have been closed, the alleged "damage" on the rear bumper was not apparently used in determining my overall charge - and I should have read the small print when I signed the document that was later falsified.
