Simple ordering process. Kept up-to-date while waiting (2 months). Slight issue with delivery (lack transporters), but I agreed to collect from dealership. Very happy with the car.

Time line of delivery not guaranteed. I had to do a lot of follow up. Car battery at almost zero on delivery. Wish I had an opportunity to inspect car before delivery or offered the opportunity to test drive.

Non-existent customer service
I ordered my car in December, specifically because the website listed that it had to be delivered in February/March. It’s now the middle of April and I don’t have any details about the expected delivery date. My car was damaged in transit and Fleet Solutions can’t help me get any information or updates on when it will be repaired.
Since 17th March I’ve called 11 times for updates, spending a total of 4 hours on the phone including waiting on hold 10-20 minutes each time. The customer service team repeatedly promise to call me back, email me or to get the dealer to contact me but this never happens. As frustrating as it is that the car was damaged and delayed, the real frustration is the lack of service from Fleet Solutions. They haven’t proactively contacted me with information or offered any alternative solutions.
I would appreciate a clear update from the Fleet Solutions team on the current status of my order, expected repair timeline, and a realistic delivery date, as well as support to escalate this issue with the dealership.
Update - despite the response below I’m yet to hear from Fleet Solutions.

I’m very pleased with the process, from searching for options through to delivery. I received regular progress updates, which kept me well informed throughout.
Waited over 1 year for delivery, paid above odds for previous years model.
Car ordered 28th March 2025. Special offer with no ability to modify as supposedly fast delivery. Car delivered 7th April 2026 - over a year later. Enquired about getting the government electric car discount but advised as order placed before it rolled out I wasn't eligible, so despite getting car in April 26 I paid full price, I was also sent a 2025 model, so again last years model but at a higher price. Asked if I could cancel after waiting months past delivery date but told I would be charge £500 for cancellation. Communication poor throughout, wouldn't have even got car without repeated chasing. A few days before they changed the day of collection for old car so had to spend 2 days of annual leave waiting around in house for them. Looking at the price I ultimately paid I'd have been better just getting car from a traditional lease company I think. Guy on the phone said the car had supposedly been in the UK since October and forgotten about. Clicking 'the request dealer update' tab on the website seems to do sweet FA therefore...
