Great until anything goes wrong, then completely useless
We've had a car from Fleet for the last couple of years. The ordering and delivery process was all smooth and easy, but then we had a safety recall notice on the car that has been outstanding for nine months and severely limits its usability.
We asked to reject it on this basis but were provided with a courtesy car instead. Not a problem, not Fleet’s fault, and it was all easy. Our experience since has been anything but.
As soon as things went wrong, Fleet didn't want to know. They take no responsibility for us as users and just hand us off to the manufacturer, the leasing company, or a car hire company. None of these third parties want to help though because you're not their customer!
That's if they reply at all! They frequently don't answer emails, and when we do get a response, they haven't read any of the history and are generally useless. If you call, then you get a friendly person who makes you think they're going to sort it, but sadly they don't.
I've been trying to get a claim for a replacement tyre (which should be on the contract) paid for three and a half months now but to no avail. On top of that, we've had a hire company chasing us and threatening with debt collectors for a breakdown call out (another thing that should be on the contract).
Fleet doesn’t seem to have any kind of complaints process or escalation and has ignored my requests for this. They're also not regulated by the FCA, so they're not accountable to anyone.
So in summary, if nothing goes wrong throughout your contract, you're probably ok. If anything doesn't go to plan though, you're on your own and you have little to no chance of getting Fleet to do anything about it.

Really competitive price
Really competitive price. But customer service is quite poor. Long wait times when you call them, when they do answer not all agents are knowledgeable. When they say they’ll do something they don’t unless you chase them atleast a couple of times. I will not be using them again.

Really rude and useless customer support.
I wont be providing them further info to look into. I contacted them directly originally and after multiple chasing they eventually replied really rude and with zero help.

NHS fleet service was really smooth from the beginning till the delivery of the car. They have really nice offers and highly affordable. Haven’t seen that kind of service ever. Booking process was straightforward, pod booking is simple enough, communication is spot on. Im so happy to get my car through NHS Fleet. Highly recommended 💫😇
