10 month wait
I ordered a car in Jan 26, to be told a few months later out of stock. I asked Fleet solutions how I can avoid this again and was assured if the car available to order should get in 3 months. I am still waiting 10 months down the line for the reordered mini. With expected delivery 7 October 2026 now - so this has been a 10 month wait time. There has been no commuication from fleet solutions or apology.

Website is very easy to use and…
Website is very easy to use and everything done online is extremely simple and effective..... however, trying to speak to someone in person is not great. I spent the best part of 40 minutes on hold on the two occasions I phoned to discuss and query an order. The response time to emails is also ridiculously long - don't expect a quick response. I was waiting for 4 weeks for one!
