Everything went on so well and quick
Everything went on so well and quick. I had my car within 2 weeks of ordering it.
Except, I was made to wait another day the car to get to me as the delivery company forgot to make an appointment with the driver . But the driver was very professional came on time on the day, showed me around the car.

Mixed bag
Contacting yourselves has been a nightmare for the majority of my order. When phoning up I have been on hold for over an hour on several occasions before either giving up or being cut off. However when we needed to change the order at short notice my wife managed to get through and the help was brilliant. Managed to get everything sorted in minutes.

The staff were brilliant once you could get through, the wait times on the phone somethings 40 minutes or more.
I ordered an Omoda, no fault of nhs fleet the car was delayed for sometime but when I spoke to staff they gave me some answers but a lot was out of their control
