The NHS CU have always been there to help when I’ve needed it despite my poor credit score. The application process takes slightly longer than other loan firms but they are a responsible lender and trustworthy. The rates are also sensible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and they never once made me feel I was being a nuisance. They were always extremely polite.
