When it comes to home networking I'm very much in the self (and part) taught novice camp - knowing enough to want to choose the right kit but not necessarily knowing all the pitfalls. I spoke with Travis and he was really generous to help me confirm I was thinking through the options in the right way. Getting a price over email and the ordering experience was slick. Delivery arrived as scheduled and appropriately packaged.

Had my first order with them for an Ubiquiti outdoor access point. The shipping was fast and arrived safely. While the box was sealed and had no sign of damage the unit had a clear scratch on it. This wasn’t couriers fault or NetXL’s fault, it was clearly been scratched at the factory. NetXL agreed to do an RMA and were even happy to send the new unit even though I haven’t posted the scratched unit back. They also arranged for the delivery on my desired day. Top service! I often say it, you shouldn’t just rate companies on the number of problems you have with but also on how they deal with them when they happen.
