After sales could be better
I had a problem with a unify in ceiling mount. After an initial lengthy call, which involved obtaining manager approval, I agreed with NetXL the faulty item would be replaced.
Nothing then happened, so I chased up the replacement only to be told they would no longer honour what had previously been agreed!

I spent about £400 with NetXl, but was about to spend £2.5k on other Unify gear. Obviously I will buy elsewhere now.
Other suppliers stock Unify products. Why take a chance with a company who does not care about after sales support!

NextXl are now actively trying to resolve the situation. A replacement part was sent.

I had an issue when trying to pay by bank transfer, one phone call later and Charles Afolayan had sorted it in a friendly and professional manner also delivery was super quick, placed order at 15-30 and got it at 8-30 next morning.

Card Reader in Church in poor reception area
I have been struggling to set up a card reader in a church in a very poor reception area. Netxl have provided consistent advice and prompt delivery of items. Recently I thought that we had succeeded but then hit problems. Oliver Pinder has helped with generous research into antenna and Three's network bands for what is a very small account from the commercial point of view.

I decided to fit an external antenna and received good friendly helpful technical support when discussing various antenna options.
