My Royal Services Omdömen

We've been working with the team for a number of years now and they handle all of our cleans for our estate agency and we cannot recommend them enough for their services.

Thanks again team!

I’m very happy with the cleaning service. They are professional, reliable, and do an excellent job. Highly recommended! ☺️

Really happy with My Royal Services! They cleaned my flat professionally and left it spotless. Punctual, efficient, and reliable — highly recommend

We have been using My Royal Services for over 7 years for our property cleaning requirements and have always been very pleased with the service. The team is reliable, professional and consistently delivers a high standard of cleaning.

They are responsive, thorough and easy to work with, which is particularly important when managing multiple properties and working to tight schedules. We have been very happy with the quality of their work and would happily recommend My Royal Services to landlords, agents and property managers looking for a dependable cleaning company.

We've used MRS for years to clean our apartment, in which we also occasionally host guests via Airbnb when we travel. Nick & his team are always very responsive & kind, & always do the best to accommodate our sometimes last minute requests. It's an extremely difficult business to manage a rotation of domestic cleaners, and when we've had a few hiccups, the team has worked with us to swiftly resolve the issue, which we appreciate a lot as we are often in a different city. We feel that we can count on them, and would highly recommend this team!

Very good experience and excellent services from Royal Services in London and we will using again for our holidays and also we can recommended for our big family accommodation in the future.
Keep going, all the best.

Outstanding Communication, Exceptional Service & Reliable Maintenance

Managing Airbnb properties can be challenging, but My Royal Services have made it so much easier. From day one, they've been professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Their communication is exceptional. They keep me updated after every visit, provide honest feedback, report any issues immediately, and are always quick to respond whenever I need assistance. It's reassuring to know my properties are in such capable hands.

What really sets them apart is that they offer so much more than outstanding cleaning. Their handyman and maintenance services are equally impressive. Whether it's a small repair, emergency maintenance, or preventative work, everything is completed promptly, professionally, and to an exceptionally high standard. It's rare to find a company that can take care of every aspect of property management so efficiently.

The team genuinely cares about both their clients and the guests staying in the properties. Their attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence have helped us maintain consistently high guest ratings and excellent reviews.

Working with My Royal Services feels like having an extension of our own team. They are trustworthy, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. If you're looking for a company that delivers exceptional cleaning, first-class maintenance, outstanding communication, and complete peace of mind, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great friendly cleaner who did a good job, and the business are good at finding someone for the time you need.

The communication and the staff members are very nice.

The most reliable cleaning agency we have worked with so far. We rarely ever receive guest complaints, if we do, they are only minor and subjective. We can really focus on the business, don't have to micro-manage the cleaners, they just come and do their high quality job day after day. We can count on them every time!
