No show on clothing! Want a full refund tried to contact them and nothing

Have ordered 2 jumpers to take to Disneyland Paris for our children and they have not yet arrived. I have sent an email over a week ago and still not had a response as to where my order is. The shipping stated 3-7 working days and I ordered in plenty of time to allow for a week and a half of delays. We now won't get the jumpers in time for our trip. I wouldn't bother ordering from here or perhaps order 3 months in advance. I wouldn't mind if there were delays, its the lack of response that marks them down.

I am really disappointed with my recent purchase. The “Unhinged” slogan on the T-shirt has been printed noticeably off-centre, which makes it look poor quality and, frankly, a bit silly when worn.

What’s added to the frustration is the returns process. It would cost me as much as the T-shirt itself to send it back, which doesn’t feel reasonable when the issue appears to be a printing fault.

On a positive note, the item did arrive promptly, but overall the quality control and returns experience have let the purchase down.

This company is a joke. No communication takes over a month to deliver. Im still waiting for my order. I'll be contacting my bank to get a refund as this is fraudulent behaviour.

Arranged a return through customer service on the 11th January. Item returned at our expense and we've heard nothing since. This is particularly bad for any business but when families are struggling this is actually disgusting. The return was initiated because the sizing of the mother daughter clothing bought as a Christmas gift was completely inaccurate in the first place. Terrible company I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ordered 20 January. Paid for 7-10 day Fed ex. Still not arrived. Advised order sent by Royal Mail- very poor, very expensive!

Delivered very late and they just ignore messages you send them!! I will not be ordering from them again

Have placed 2 orders with this company recently and only one of them has turned up! I have tried numerous times to contact the company via their Zendesk ticket portal but have never received a reply and as there is no contact details to call/email, it is impossible to speak to someone. I am now £24.79 out of pocket and looks like I have no way of hearing back from them regarding a refund :(
Avoid this company! The lack of customer service and means of communication is disappointing! There are plenty of other companies online who provide the same personalised products.

I’ve ordered from them twice now. The first time I ordered just after Christmas and didn’t receive until mid Jan, no response to my emails asking where it was just eventually turned up one day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering Christmas can be a busy time. I ordered again for someone’s birthday and paid for express shipping. The order still did not arrive on time and was in fact later than just the normal shipping that I could have paid less for!! I have emailed again asking for at least a refund of my delivery cost and still completly ignored!! Do not use this company!! No decency to their customers and completely ignorant!!!!

They deserve no stars avoid this company. Sizes are way off , took forever to arrive and they can’t be bothered to reply to emails so not waste your time and money

Ordered on the 9th Feb. Said 4-7 days it’s currently the 19th Feb and the website still says awaiting details so not even dispatched yet.
Don’t order here.

No customer service. Late delivery. Wrong item sent. No replies to emails. Been trying for 2 months to get refund/exchange. Avoid.

Awful company , don’t reply to emails, been nearly 3months since I ordered. Had one response that said it’ll be two weeks delivery and that was 6 weeks ago. Wont be ordering from them again. Don’t think I’ll get a refund either as it was something personalised. (Probably won’t fit baby when it comes) 😡

Ordered a tshirt and I’m still waiting for it over a week later. Customer service is none existent and I especially like how they state that the more you email them, it will automatically mean you get pushed to the bottom of the response list. Still waiting on a response as to wear the item is. Tracking says it was delivered. Website says it’s “unfulfilled”. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Loved the product once it arrived, a personalised dinosaur T-shirt for my grandson. Unfortunately it took forever to come almost to the point I’d forgotten I’d ordered it.
Was nearly a bigger problem as product was delivered via Amazon for some strange reason and they posted it to wrong house, but the kindly resident brought it to mine. However that was a delivery service fault not my rocking kids.

Don’t waste your time or money! Scammers… no communication, no delivery and no refund. Thankfully my bank have recovered my money. Reported to trading standards.

I have to say the "shop" app was instrumental in my upset..they do not update the parcel status on their app..and where possible i wont use them again..however once id emailed the lovely connie,things were escalated and my grandaughter recieved her present in time...i will order from this company again...xx

Should have checked the reviews first. I did receive the item but it took over 2 weeks to arrive and they have ignored my emails asking for a refund and to not send as it had been so long, but they sent the item anyway.

Ordered on 5/2/26 - still not arrived by 17/2/26 - on ordering estimated delivery 3-5 days !!!! Do not use !!!

Terrible service. I placed an order on the 2nd of Feb, and as of now (17th) still no order. 2 emails sent asking where it is and nothing back.
Do not order from this company !
