I placed an order on the 27th March and have had no correspondence at all. Despite raising the issue on four occasions I have just had radio silence. Come on here to write a review and I can see that someone has been contacted to say they have gone into liquidation. Guess I will be requesting a refund but from my experience I can see why they are no longer trading.
Appalling customer service.

I ordered some t shirts 2 months ago and they arrived incorrectly. I emailed and was initially very impressed with the speed of the reply asking me for photos. I sent these within an hour of receiving the email and never had a reply. I have since sent three follow up emails to which I still haven’t had a reply so I am out of pocket with the wrong items. I would avoid this company in future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - although I have just seen they no longer exist well done best way to keep people’s money and get no product! Livid!!!!!!

Where are my items? Ordered at the beginning of April and still not arrived. Terrible service, is this a fake company???

Made a order did come eventually and returned them. Kept asking for my refund being ignored so had to ask my bank to get involved took months. If your order is liked first time you maybe okay if not your screwed. Never using them

Absolute scam! Scam website, using products from different websites and you will never receive the products and their customer service does not exist

Really poor service from this company, purchased for Mothers Day!
returned&received by them 19th March due to size issues, still no refund or response despite 4 or 5 emails and it is now the 16th May!! No other words except theft and deceipt for this company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME&MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

Order firstly was late, then the wrong t-shirt had been sent. They responded that I needed to send it back before the correct one would be sent. I did this over a month ago and since then no acknowledgement of receiving the item back and no reply when chased multiple times to ask when the correct item will be dispatched. Useless company, avoid at all costs. All I want is what I've paid for!!

Do not buy from Rocking Kids ordered 4 tee shirts for a baby shower over 3 months ago , sent 8/9 emails begging for delivery. They replied once and said its a small business and they were busy !!! Gone through the bank now to get my money back still awaiting there response.

Numerous emails to contact the company have failed No telephone contact details available. Website under maintenance!!!!!!!!

I would have put 0 stars…..I have been waiting 7 weeks so far for a refund. Felt very fobbed off with their reply when I have chased it up. I believe it says it takes 2 weeks for a refund……….

Very poor quality and communication. Im still waiting for a reply from them and its been months.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandsons birthday on 29th March for his birthday on 14th April. It has never arrived. I emailed them on 11th April and never had a reply and re sent another email today. I would not buy from the again.

Placed my order on 30th March, i still haven't received it, emailed several times and only get the automated response3-5 days, but no contact after any amount of days. Very disappointed. Cannot request a refund as their website is under construction! No communication at all. Poor customer service!

Ordered 31st March. Now 29th April with no sign of item or contact from the company. No response to FB messenger or email. Don't order from here. Wish id read the reviews 1st.

Received the wrong item for mother's Day gift. Emailed to notify them, they replied saying they would send out a replacement asap. This has not replied 2 months later. No response from email and outside the window to request refund from Paypal as I was told it was being sent.
Would never reccomend or use again.

Unfortunately I have been trying to get a response from this company but without success. I purchased 3 items and paid postage. I had to wait weeks then had to pay an additional postage charge because they only paid for a large envelope when this was clearly a package so I have in effect paid twice for the same items. I have tried emailing twice and there has been no response. Very disappointed with them. The quality is mediocre. Can’t recommend them.
