Placed an order on 27th March, still waiting for an answer on a delivery date, I've sent 4 emails with no replys. Assuming im not gonna get my order anytime soon. Tried to look at the website and guess what....... its under maintenance !! Please do not buy from this company.

Ordered and paid over a month ago and still have not received order. I have also emailed and received no response, very disappointing

Ordered item for Mother's Day - delivered 20 April. Refund policy states that no refund if 30 days after order date which is bonkers given only received today. Website is down and no ability to speak with anyone. To add insult to it all I had to pay an underpaid fee to Royal Mail so ended up paying postage twice!

Ordered 4 personalised hoodies from them. All paid for. Over 4 weeks later I get a note through the door from Royal Mail to inform me I have a package that hasn't had the postage paid in full.
After going back to the website to complain about this and try to get my postage repaid I found the website to be "closed for maintenance".
No idea if i will ever see my money again

My first item was spelt wrong- they provided a replacement, that all peeled off after first wash.
They are not responding to any of my emails asking for a refund- not replied in three weeks of my constant chasing

Have ordered from here previously without any issues but placed an order at start of April and have heard nothing since, the website is now gone and there is no response to emails or social media contact. Have raised dispute with my bank to try and recover my money

Ordered on the 4th April 2 T-shirts and a hoodie for my little granddaughters. Never again! You have to download an app to view tracking, which doesn’t work I’ve tried multiple times and it constantly says it’s on maintenance. Emailed My Rocking Kids you just get generic email saying wait 3-5 working days which they then don’t respond to. I paid nearly £40 for these items and frankly at this point would just like it back. Please don’t bother with this website. I wish I’d read reviews first.. lesson learned yet again with these online companies. Buying beware

Update this company has gone into liquidation. I received email confirming this so please don’t buy online as the website is still there and taking orders. It maybe that the liquidators have not taken down yet I just don’t want others to get caught out.

Just the worst. Avoid to order from them. Basically they just stealing the money and no even take the responsibility to communicate. I just spend £30+ for nothing. I hope the karma will get back to them!

Wish I had read the reviews first !! Still waiting for my order two birthday's missed ,no reply toy emails going to get my bank to refund my money just not acceptable business practice

Ongoing issue trying to get full refund for an incorrect item that was sent to me 4 months ago. Unforgivable lack of communication from their team.

Made my order on 02/04 and have had no updates or contact of any sort. I’ve tried contacting them on Instagram, Facebook and via email with no reply as of yet. I’m clearly not the only customer experiencing this issue as their social media is full of customers demanding delivery updates etc. I’m now disputing this payment to get my money back (along with plenty of other customers). I’m so upset as I’ve looked at this website for months and finally took the opportunity to order what I wanted in their sale. Would advise other people to avoid this company - they will post on social media but cannot be bothered to make the effort to communicate with their customers. Terrible!

Ordered 2 t-shirts for 2 of my grandchildren on 23rd March despite various e-mails I have had one reply saying they had received a surge in orders and were behind with dispatches 👀 I then received an e-mail to say they had dispatched t-shirts and gave me a tracking number. Searched on Royal Mail only to be told that they are holding items as not enough postage had been paid - even though I paid the postage, when I placed the older.
AVOID this company !!

Nearly been a month since ordering, enquired last week into the progress of dispatch, no communication from the company.
Requested a refund, doubt il get an answer.

Ordered two T shirts for a Disney trip, thought I had ordered in plenty of time but the trip is Monday, with no T shirts.

I've ordered a few things in the past, without issue - always been happy with quality of items and service received.

However is the last order they'll get from me. Have waited 5 weeks for 3 tshirts & zero communication from the Company. Finally received a notification from Royal Mail (One day short of 5 weeks since ordering) saying they've not paid enough posted & I need to pay another £3.50. Honestly has turned into a complete farce.

Such a shame as it used to be a great site to order from, but not anymore.

Delivery took 4 weeks and part of the order was delivered in the wrong colour. No reply to 3 emails, very disappointing

Never received items or a response when chased after 4 weeks, luckily paid via PayPal who have refunded with no problem.

Order took 4 weeks to be delivered, in the meantime 2 emails to customer service were ignored, a 3-5 day auto response is poor customer service but they don’t even keep to that . Kept tracking order and finally came up with postage under paid because they failed to pay it. Paid £3.50 to receive two Disney T-shirts which were ok quality but the printing is just rubbish transfer type image that I’m sure won’t last more than two washes. Thankfully I got these in the sale and also wished I read the reviews. Don’t bother people go to Temu at least they are a lot cheaper.

Paid for my product never received it now website no longer exists, no customer service details. This website is scam do not use or purchase from here

If I could give it zero I would
Having ordered 4 T-shirts on the 31st March, money went out on 1st April then nothing so emailed twice no response either time. Finally to a message on instagram got a response. Was told they couldn’t honor order and could only give money back via Worldremit an app. Wasn’t happy to do this. This was by a weird phone call via WhatsApp. Probably a scam
So upshot is would recommend you never buy from this company. Certainly don’t believe good reviews.

Ordered some t-shirts as presents and the quality was poor so decided to return the stuff that was't great, still waiting for my refund for over a month now, have emailed them a few times with no response. Worst experience ever, poor quality stuff, no custumer service, no communication, no tracking details, no nothing, I'm wondering how is this company still allowed to operate?🤔🤔🤔I will never buy from them again. 👎👎👎
