Have they gone bust. Website not available anymore and no order received from February . No communication!!

Placed an order on the 2nd April, still not received, emailed & contacted them via facebook and no reply.
Shocking, will not order again.

I would have put 0 stars…..I have been waiting 7 weeks so far for a refund. Felt very fobbed off with their reply when I have chased it up. I believe it says it takes 2 weeks for a refund……….

Order placed 26 march 26 and still not received . No contact with seller

Very poor quality and communication. Im still waiting for a reply from them and its been months.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandsons birthday on 29th March for his birthday on 14th April. It has never arrived. I emailed them on 11th April and never had a reply and re sent another email today. I would not buy from the again.

Placed my order on 30th March, i still haven't received it, emailed several times and only get the automated response3-5 days, but no contact after any amount of days. Very disappointed. Cannot request a refund as their website is under construction! No communication at all. Poor customer service!

Ordered 31st March. Now 29th April with no sign of item or contact from the company. No response to FB messenger or email. Don't order from here. Wish id read the reviews 1st.

Received the wrong item for mother's Day gift. Emailed to notify them, they replied saying they would send out a replacement asap. This has not replied 2 months later. No response from email and outside the window to request refund from Paypal as I was told it was being sent.
Would never reccomend or use again.

Unfortunately I have been trying to get a response from this company but without success. I purchased 3 items and paid postage. I had to wait weeks then had to pay an additional postage charge because they only paid for a large envelope when this was clearly a package so I have in effect paid twice for the same items. I have tried emailing twice and there has been no response. Very disappointed with them. The quality is mediocre. Can’t recommend them.

Delivery quite quick, good quality sweatshirt but far too big. I need to exchange it for a smaller. I received my order and emailed them on 13th March to request a return and a smaller size. I re emailed on 6th April and STILL no response and its now 22nd April. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I regularly buy from this website as I love the slogans, but today I’ve had an email saying they’ve gone into liquidation and to request a chargeback from my bank for the tshirt I ordered last month, what a shame ☹️
I’ve requested the chargeback and it was successful in less than 10 minutes, I have to admit though, I’d rather have the item.

I have today had notification that this company has gone into liquidation. The problem is they are still taking orders

I have just received a message to say they are in liquidation! So I am now without goods and out of pocket😡

Update on my earlier review. My order has now arrived. Insufficient post meant I had to pay a fee to receive it. Opened the package to find that the navy top I'd paid for was now a pair of red pyjamas. If I thought there was even a chance of a refund I would return the item. Highly unlikely, based on this whole experience. Please be aware of the shortcomings of this company especially if you're buying a birthday gift. Dissatisfied from start to end

Had an email to say this company is going into administration! Placed my order on 19th March and still haven't received now I won't receive the order. So so disappointed!

Unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews before placing order or I wouldn’t have done.
Order took 20 days to arrive, I began to imagine it was possibly a Chinese company! I missed the occasion the items were intended for, and from what I’ve read I don’t imagine I will receive a refund.
Then to cap it all I had to pay further postage as insufficient had been put on.

I placed an order on the 4th April that still hasnt arrived, placed an email on the 12th which also has gone unanswered, i used to order all the time without any issues and now you cant even access the website, definitely sketchy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered before Mother’s Day and I’ve only received 1 item. I’m still waiting on 4 items. The communication is rubbish. I’ve emailed and the reply was very automated.
