Awful awful awful placed an order and 4 weeks later I’ve still not received anything. Messaged on instagram and e-mailed but no response. Lost all hope of receiving my order . Shocking

Ordered matching jumpers for my partner and sons, received a confirmation email, and a few days later another to say the order was processing, nothing since.

You can't phone to talk to them, they only accept email communications, which they ignore, and they ignore Facebook and Instagram dm's too.

A month later, and several messages later, and no order and no response, I submitted a claim with my bank to get my money back and hoping I can.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered 2 t shirts. Ordered 24 march only communication I have had was confirmation of order. I have submitted an email a week ago to enquire about the order, but still no response.

Not only was the delivery delayed, but the product was shockingly poor. I have emailed at least 5 times to organise a refund, but there have been NO replies to my email. I would NOT RECOMMEND using them at all.

Absolutely awful experience like everyone else on here of late (which I wish I'd read before purchasing from MyRockingKids!). Ordered a birthday gift three weeks ago and haven't had any update on it being dispatched despite emailing multiple times and now, to make things worse, their website is "undergoing maintenance". Such a shame as I was really looking forward to my godson receiving this gift but doubt it'll turn up. Thankfully used a credit card and the company has issued a refund pending their investigation.

I’d give 0 stars if I could - ordered a K-pop top for my grandaughters 4 th birthday in plenty of time - still not received and her party was on Sunday 😡😡😡 one very upset little girl

Would respond to emails

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered an item from them that was quick delivery but it was the wrong item from what I ordered. I sent it back through Royal mail tracked, which they received. Had no correspondence to my returned item, so I emailed them and after a week received an email saying my item was in progress to be sent out! 4 weeks later no item and no response to my several emails!! waste of time and money!!!

Dont bother, takes weeks to arrive and you get no response at all from customer srvices on email or fb messenger.

Multiple issues
* The sweatshirts were listed as cotton, but were actually a polyester / cotton blend
* The delivery took weeks and needed chasing
* The exchange took weeks and needed chasing
* The writing started to wear after a few washes
My daughter loves hers but I wouldn't buy again

Ordered some matching jumpers for a family
trip to disney. Ordered 23rd march and still nothing, emailed twice and messaged on instagram still waiting, need to jumpers for May so thought would be plenty of time - now seeing lots of comments on socials so don’t have much faith mums will come

Unresponsive customer service. Do not waste your money or time

Customer service is non existent Emailed them numerous times to ask when I’d get my order Didn’t bother to reply to any of the emails One order took 2 week to arrive which was ordered after the one I’ve still not recieved My grandkid ds will have outgrown the size ordered at this rate Avoid like the plague if expect fast service

Item never arrived and no communication

Placed order on 17th march. No order has arrived, no updates or communication from the company, money has been taken though. Contacted them via their email address and had an automated message saying would have a rely on 3-5 working days. It has now been two weeks with no reply. Items have still not arrived and no communication from company. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. Do not lose money ordering from this business.

Ordered 28 March, no updates, no despatch, contacted them, no response. I will raise a dispute with my bank and also report to trading standards

Ordered a jumper for my granddaughter on 30th march. Tried to contact the company twice.. no replies. No delivery. Seen lots of complaints on same. Terrible company. Fraudsters. AVOID!!!

Would give no stars if I could !!! Order arrived 2 weeks late and I paid for express delivery! More than that one of the t shirts has wrong logo on it!! Don’t they read orders. I’m more than furious. You can’t get hold of anyone and get no replies to emails

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - I ordered a hoodie on 20/03/26 and I can not get hold of anyone to find out were my order is. Seeing other reviews its clear I am not the only one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
