Ordered 3 outfits got charged double postage only able to see at end of check out still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks sent a couple of emails no reply , what a shame items looked nice too, but it appears l was scammed by this company

Really poor service - ordered on 12th March - Zero goods received and no reply from customer support. Have now raised a dispute to get my money back via my bank.
DO NOT USE - BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered a top from this site and returned it immediately after confirming with a "Hannah Roberts" via email that it was fine to do so. After that response i never received anything further, no response to numerous emails and messages on insta/facebook, no refund, no nothing. I've now disputed the payment with my bank, read the other reviews and do not use this scamsite.

AVOID!!! Ridiculously slow delivery, my item still hasn’t arrived 3 weeks later. Zero response from their social media’s, zero response from email. Still waiting on kids Easter gifts! Way too late now.
The 25% first customer discount code also doesn’t work. Shambles. I’d ask for my money back if they’d even bother to respond.

Absolute shambles Royal Mail said they can’t deliver because they haven’t paid the postage. I would avoid my rocking kids, they are an absolute joke. Ordered a hoodie for my daughter two months ago,

Have to say I have never written a bad review about any company, but seriously wish I had seen reviews before I ordered. Please see this as a warning. At this point they are just thieves with a nice Instagram page. I ordered my items on the 22nd of march (5-7 days delivery) received a second email (26th march) stating my item was being picked and packed and I'd be updated as soon as it was shipped.... Must be a big warehouse because still no update as of the 9th of April. I have sent two emails asking for an update to which they claim they will respond in 3-5 days again radio silence.

Not sure where to go from here as all emails are ignored so not sure how to get a refund.

DO NOT order from this company. I suspect it is a scam and I have had to dispute the transaction through my credit card company

The 1 star is to many for this rubbish company, one word…diabolical !!!

UPDATE! I'VE HAD AN EMAIL SAYING... Have been instructed by the directors of the Company to assist with placing the Company into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation.

Ordered on 17th March and no delivery. I contacted at the beginning of April and was told that there was a temporary low stock from suppliers and that my order would be processed soon. I contacted on facebook and have been told today that my parcel has been delivered. I haven't had a parcel or any updates in fact my tracking still says processing.
They told me they are a small family run business and offered a discount voucher for my next order which I'm not going to use when I haven't even received this order. Also the same discount is on the website. My suggestion is they need to pause their website and stop advertising all these fabulous offers until they've processed all these orders they clearly can't keep up with. Disappointing!

Awful! No T-shirt three weeks after ordering (5-7days quoted!). No response to any emails. Clearly couldn’t give a damn about customer service. Wish I’d read reviews before I placed an order. Very, very disappointed.

Order has not arrived 29 days after ordering. No communication from seller and no updates given.

Still awaiting an order, nearly a month, wished I’d checked trustpilot before using, wouldn’t recommend or use again, no response, bad service!

Currently on working day 32 for an order that allegedly takes 5-7 working days. I’ve continuously contacted them for an update but had one response citing a “small delay” back on 10th March.

I’ll be avoiding them at all costs going forward.

Deal with this company at your peril!!
I ordered a personalised item and submitted the correct spelling of the name which was acknowledged without any query, on eventually receiving said item the name was incorrect!!
There is no telephone contact & the only way to complain is via email & all that brings is an automated response advising they will be in touch in 5/7 days??
There is obviously no quality control in place otherwise items wouldn't be despatched with incorrect spelling.
Needless to say I still await some sort of response from this company, & I will certainly not use them ever again & would not recommend, it would prevent others from having similar experiences of Facebook & other social media removed all of their advertising.

AVOID PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered items needing it 10 days later to be on safe side paid for 2 day postage. Waited 1 month for items to sent to me!!!!! Obviously no longer needed but still no reply I've been emailing for months with no reply and have wasted money on 4 hoodies I no longer need!!!!

Placed an order on 14th March - after numerous emails, IG & Facebook messages no response was recieved. I had to dispute it with my bank who refunded me. Appalling company. Should of looked on here before placing an order

Please avoid this company! My order has gone missing l ordered over 6 weeks ago and my emails go unanswered. I have now contacted my bank to get my money refunded!

Thought ordering a month before birthday would be safe, now to get a refund!

Nearly 4 weeks on I still haven’t received my order. I was told 12 days ago it was still being processed. Shocking service, no communication and so hard to get in touch with. I have emailed to cancel not order 4 days ago and surprise surprise I still haven’t had a response. Terrible customer service.

It's been 2 and a half weeks and I've still not received my order. I've received a refund for £5.99 with no explanation but I presume this is for the 'express' shipping I paid for after making a complaint.
I wish I'd see the reviews before ordering, I have received one reply saying that they sometimes have issues with stock suppliers but the website still lists the clothes I bought as in stock despite this. No further communication, all I've asked for is an ETA and they won't even dignify it with a response. They have ruined what was supposed to be a special gifting occasion.
