6 weeks on no order or no refund. 1 response from customer service in 6 weeks, aviod

Order for Mother’s Day, website say explicitly it would arrive before then. Didn’t get it till the week after. Sent an email and still have not had a response 3 weeks on. Got one reply via Facebook after 3 days but once I have replied to them they have still not responded.

I had a very disappointing experience with this online store. I ordered a personalized tote bag, and not only did it arrive much later than the estimated delivery time, but they also completely ignored my emails for days.
When the bag finally arrived, it looked nothing like the photos on their website. The quality was extremely poor — far below expectations. It didn’t even have the features shown: no proper straps, no pockets, no zipper… nothing that would justify it being marketed as a “mom bag.” I honestly can’t understand how they promote such a product this way.
After many days, they finally responded, claiming that “mistakes happen,” which I find hard to believe. Their solution? For me to return the item and receive only half of my money back. Completely unacceptable.
Very unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to avoid this store.

Ordered an item 12 days ago, delivery was 4-7 days. I contacted customer services after around 5 days who advised it had been sent and would arrive within the 4-7 day postage time. I still haven’t received a dispatch notice and have tried to contact customer services again (3 times by email, once via FB and once via Instagram) but have received no further communication.

I would rate as o* if I could. Ordered a gift, website says 5/7 days delivery. Took 3 weeks. I tried to cancel the order since it didn't arrive on time but they ignored me. Returned the goods over a month ago and they have not returned my money. I have proof of delivery from royal mail. Avoid this company

Shocking stay far away from this site the worst customer service ever !! They ignore your messages , emails etc they messed up my order with the wrong spelling and are doing NOTHING about it all these negative comments can’t be wrong stay away you will regret it dealing with these people.

Return is on your own cost. Not found in other stores. I've been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now. Incredible! Never again Rocking Kids!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am still waiting on delivery. Communication is non existent they R just awful.

Awful, took money but never sent items. I emailed and had automated response only. Raised complaint. Still waiting for resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

I ordered a gift for my daughter and grandson for mother's day on 8th March 26 and 16days later my order hasn't arrived. I've written to them 4 times now asking when my order would be delivered and finally asking for a refund and a cancellation of my order. No reply from them except an automated message to say I will hear back. Please avoid this company. It's a SCAM - BEWARE.

I ordered at the start of Feb for my wife's bday on 19th Feb. After chasing by email several times (and ignored), I eventually got this just before mother's day in March (so it became a Mother's day present)

The writing on my wife's sweatshirt is not central, and it's annoying to look at.

I would not order here again! Don't bother!

Item came too small not per size guide returned .Was emailed to say will get a refund but as yet no money !!. Opened a PayPal complaint to get my money back so avoid ! .

Still waiting for my refund. Items were returned weeks ago and I have the proof of returns and delivery back to warehouse but still NOTHING!!!!! Not even replying to my emails. Please don’t buy from this company. They appear to be scammers.

Seems to be a trend here, bought some items for Mother’s Day, ordered 2 weeks before wth delivery between 3-5 days. I had the confirmation email but nothing else, I emailed them and the response was we are a small family business and we are really busy but we are processing your order, I emailed again 3 days later and they didn’t respond. Items were not delivered for Mothers Day. No phone number so I emailed again and said I wanted to cancel the order and would like a refund for which they didn’t respond items turned up 2 days later - ordered on 22nd of Feb items delivered on 24th of March. I have had no apologies or heard nothing about my refund request they just sent the items out. Very poor customer service, I’m all for small family businesses but not this one

I paid for express shipping and the product didn't arrive. If it doesn't arrive soon i'll take legal action. I'm sick of online retailers just not fulfilling on their deliveries now.

Great choice of sweatshirts love the wording ( very different to the boring normal) my daughter loved hers good quality, great price lovely colour I didn’t give a 5 star because it took a while to be delivered but would order from thus company again

Awful quality in all 4 items I purchased. I’ve had better for Temu at a fraction of the price. Dark marks all over a white Cinderella sweatshirt I bought. Terrible customer service, not responding.

This company is a complete joke. I ordered t-shirts at the beginning of January 2026.
When they finally arrived the personalisation was incorrect. I’ve been trying to email (which they claim to respond to in 5 days but never do) and have even visited the warehouse but I still haven’t got my t-shirts. A complete rip off and waste of my hard earned money. Do not use them and make the same mistake as I have.

Returned a little hoody through tracked post with proof of them receiving it, asked numerous times for them to give me the refund and they are ignoring me. Appalling customer service and behaviour not refunding. Don't buy from them.

Bought two big brothers T shirts for my grandsons and a white roses big sister t shirt for my granddaughter to add to parcel to welcome my new grandchild tshirts were well made and so soft to touch definitely would buy from you again ❤️
