I ordered 2 items last Tuesday and received no tracking details, emailed the company and was unhappy with the response, I then decided to look at feedback and after reading that they were a scam company and I was not likely to receive my order I emailed and cancelled and opened a dispute with PayPal. One week later my order has just been delivered within the time scale, and I am pleased with it,

Placed an order of just 1 item and it has been 3 weeks with no update to say this has been dispatched or when it will be. On the Shop app, which updates when the item has been posted, it states they are still waiting for details. To have not dispatched the item 3 weeks later is poor service. Furthermore, I emailed them over a week ago for an update and have had no response. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank as it seems my money has been taken and I am clearly not going to receive what I ordered.

Ordered on 01/03/26 for a present to arrive on Mother's Day. Website said 5 to 7 days delivery. Still not product and we are on 17/03/26. No communication from the company. Really poor. Wont be using them again

A clever marketing campaign on Instagram ahead of Mother's Day included the Delivery option of 'Arrive by Mother's Day' which I selected when making a purchase for my son to give his Mum for Mother's Day.

Sadly, the order did not arrive for Mother's day despite the promise on your website, which I can now see as nothing more than a clever marketing campaign. In fairness, it did not say Mother's Day 2026. There is still time for 2027.

I had to explain to my son why the item had not turned up and took that moment away from both my wife and my son, where we had hoped to show our love and appreciation for the work my wife/my boy's mum puts in day in, day out.

It's really disappointing to see a company opt for short term profit and ruin these little moments in homes everywhere, as I am sure I am not the only one who was left disappointed.  

Have had stuff from here before- we like their style and message.
Saw an advert for a Mother’s Day t-shirt that was perfect so ordered it a week out. No information from the company so 5 days later I emailed to find out what was happening. Told there was a 4-7 day processing period but that it was on its way. But it wasn’t. 2 days later I received an email that it was on its way, but that it would arrive a further 4 days away, 2 days AFTER Mother’s Day.

Won’t be buying from them again. Big shame.

I placed an order at the end of November ready for my son’s birthday on the 17th of December. The website says the order should arrive within 7-10 days. The order arrived on the 19th of December so was too late. I complained and wanted to send it back without having to pay the £4 postage but didn’t receive any correspondence for 4 weeks. I ended up paying the postage for my return and 4 weeks later I still haven’t even had a refund. Absolutely disgusting service!!

I ordered 5 Cool Kids Club TShirts in different colours and sizes on 07.12.2025. £40.00.

I gave a 15 day window before we went to New Zealand for family Christmas.

Order delivered on 23.12.25! A day after we left UK and 16 days after posting

On return from New Zealand on Connie Conway sent me a returns form on 27.01.2026 I posted them back same day.

Its now 13.03.2026 and I am still waiting for a refund of £40.00. I didn't get the cute photo of my 2 little 2 year olds, my little 3 year old, the sweet 5 year old and the big 9 year old all together, a one in a lifetime photograph, Cool Cousins Club.

They say they are a small famiy business and yet reading these reviews at every point of service they fail and yet keep trading.

Taking incompetence to new heights. They don’t respond, ever and it seems they don’t deliver items either. Honestly you have to work hard to be this bad.

Don't order from here.

I was sent a German tracking number that didn't work, never got my order abs customer service never reply to you.

Just check out the Facebook group filed with hundreds of us that have been scammed.

If I could give no stars, I would.
I ordered and recieved a child's t shirt with printed design on front and back- The images are badly cracked and distorted with the colour paler in parts. The fabric is misshapen and doesn't lie flat in the printed areas. It looks like irregular shaped bubbles.
I have photos to prove it.
I posted it back within the time but it seems the post office has no way of delivering it. Maybe an incorrect address supplied by MRK?
I have no product and no money back. Consider this company to be a scam and avoid like the plague!

Do not buy from this company!!!
The pictures they use are not even of the items they sell. Postage also takes so long.
I ordered a leopard print bag from them, the picture looked really nice and what I received was the cheapest looking bag, the handles were black and on the picture were leopard print, which alone shows they aren’t selling the item pictured
I very much doubt I’ll get a response from them based on the awful reviews put before me, shame I didn’t look at them before I bought

Awful. Order took several weeks to arrive and was too late. I returned the order in accordance with their returns policy and never received my refund.

Ordered Christmas items which arrived after Christmas and were therefore not fit for purpose. I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund and received no response. A Letter Before Action has now been sent and a chargeback has been initiated with my credit card provider. I would prefer to resolve this directly if the company contacts me.

Discusting had wrong size delivered..had to pay over £10 to send back..no communication& STILL WAITING...NOT GOOD ENOUGH SHOULD B REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND THE BLOODY PARCEL..YR ONLY IN LONDON WTFF!!!!!!?

Ordered items with express delivery, and the time frame for them to be sent went by with no order update. Emailed and no reply. Contacted via social media, Aimee@MRK responded saying items would be dispatched that afternoon - they were not. Several more days went by with no order update. Thankfully paid through PayPal so opened a dispute and received a refund via them. A week later My Rocking Kids sent a tracking number which was fake (done to respond to PayPal case I believe). Another week went by and a new tracking number was sent out which seems legit - apparently my order is due to arrive today, but PayPal has also just closed my case with the refund intact.

I believe this company used to be trustworthy but obviously something has happened as hundreds of comments on social media are asking where orders are. I believe I have only been sent something as I opened a case with PayPal (and I’m yet to see if my order is correct!). Meanwhile, they are continuing to push marketing on their socials, including for events which they must know they won’t be able to deliver in time for, if at all.

Please, avoid this company unless you are prepared to battle via numerous online channels to receive what you paid for!

No reply after many emails. Please could someone respond to me?

Awful company, been over 3 weeks still no sign of delivery, customer service poor, responded to first email sent after 5days of order with a generic response...its being processed ! but if you send follow up emails they says their systems puts you back to the back of the queue and it will take another week to responded, if at all !! so basically they are saying you have one email enquiry and that's it !!!. Not a way to run a company. DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered 24th of February #SH943458 and still waiting. £50 order all paid for but seems this company just take your money and don't bother sending items out. I'd like to think this is a one off but exact same thing happened to me last year and judging by the comments on social media and on here nothings changed. Customer service is shocking. After hounding their Facebook page I got a message from them asking my details but they are yet to reply to that. It's not like they are too busy preparing orders to write back.. will never use this company again

Really terrible experience.

In January I ordered a tshirt for my Dad's 60th birthday in February, expecting standard delivery to be fine. It didnt arrive and the day before I contacted them to cancel the order. I had no response.

A week after this I got an email saying it would be despatched and emailed again saying I didnt want the item and I hadn't had a response to my email / complaint.

It is now March and I still haven't had a reply from them.

The tshirt arrived but I had no use for it as I specifically needed it for the event.

Ordered a big man little man blue t-shirt for my son and grandson. I got a middle man t-shirt age 2 years. I have emailed the company and even reached out on FB but no one as of yet has got back to me. Not very good customer service and appalling service
