Haven’t responded to messages and emails. Ordered 2 weeks ago and they haven’t updated details. Taken money and haven’t received product. Do not use! Scam company.

Clothes are low quality and cheap material. Sizing is not right. Also one package wasn’t delivered and it has taken about a month to get a response and the response was basically ‘it says it’s been delivered and shows on GPS it was delivered’ YES but it’s not here love! Waste of money. Not sure how they’re still in business with all these other reviews. Definitely checking trustpilot before purchasing from some backstreet clothes website it seems.

Do not use this company. If I could give 0 I would have. Still waiting for my order !!! Believe the reviews - no communication and the answer is a sudden “rush” of orders, which is clearly a lie they just do not employ the staff to process and send he orders out. Absolutely disgraceful!’

Items took so long to arrive I no longer needed them. Returned items as per their policy and chased and chased for refund. No reply from them at all and had to go through my bank in the end to get my money back. Avoid this company. They have no respect for their customers

Poor service no communication ordered 2 items on 12 February sill not delivered

Ordered by mistake cancel straight away but still took money waited 5weeks for delivery of goods I then had to send back unopened which wasn’t a problem with numerous emails asking where my goods are to return took from 26th Jan till 1st of march for refund never will I order from this company again the correspondence is nil

I used to run my own independent t shirt business and we were by no means as successful or as profitable as this business. We prided ourselves on the quality and production of our products so I expected a lot more from this company. The hoodie was poor quality, no neck label detailing the brand, I know for a fact these hoodies cost £5 to buy from a manufacturer and the print is digital (we used to have our products screen printed by hand) so I know it won’t last. I paid £20 and it really wasn’t worth it. I could have bought the same product from Primark and cri cut the text myself for a lot less. Very disappointing.

Over the last two years I have had three orders with My Rocking Kids and all my items have been lovely.
Delivery times were longer than I expected but my orders all arrived eventually without me having to chase the company.
I love their MAMA range and have had so many comments about the sweatshirt and tshirt!
I got my latest tshirt during their sale and it is my favourite bargain so far this year!
To quote Take That... "have a little patience" for delivery!

Another customer who received very poor delivery (took nearly 3 weeks despite website saying it takes 5-7 days). Missed the event the gift was planned for. No communication, no response to my email chasing up my order, no apology. Won’t order again.

I ordered a pair of Polar express pjs for a Christmas present (ordered these 1st week of November)
Stated 4-7day delivery these were late and came late Christmas Eve.
Then upon opening spelt Olar Express.
So on top of being late then couldn’t be gifted at all.
Made contacted multiple times took well over a month to get the 1st response.
We’re now 2 going into 3 months and I’m still sat with the pjs. They refunded me £3.99 postage but i have not received the refund for the pjs.
I’ve asked multiple times for them to be refunded as a Christmas present nearly 2-3months late is absolutely no good to me.
All I keep getting back from them is a message via social staying they will send out the top with correct spelling!
If they’d been honest apologised and made the refund maybe I would have given them a second chance in future. But after how they’re dealing with this will never place an order with them again and will advised friends and family not too either.

I placed an order and then read the reviews. I trusted I would get the two tops, two weeks later they arrived. I found the process very good. Some of the reviews on here are very bad. All I can say is they were great in my opinion. Give them a chance, I find a lot of the reviews are very biased. They are trying to make a living like anybody else.

Terrible customer service. Multiple emails and still no response about delivery. Took over 3 weeks. Would not recommend. Poor quality goods when they eventually arrived

This company lull you into a false sense of security, marketing themselves as a UK-based family-run company, established in 2016. I had never heard of them but an appealing advert popped up on my Facebook page. As with many other dissatisfied customers I wish I had read the reviews first and would never have ordered from them. I ordered two children’s tee-shirts for my grandson and great-nephew. They took two and a half weeks to arrive and when they did, they were completely spoiled by faulty printing. I returned them the same day, at my own expense. The website states that refunds take 7-14 working days to process - why so long?? I waited 11 working days then contacted them by email (no customer contact telephone number - I wonder why!). I received a reply saying that it was 7-14 days after a member of the team opened the package! I imagine they are inundated with returns. By this time I was mighty fed up so raised a dispute through PayPal and the money was back in my account within 5 minutes - well done PayPal!

There were delays sending out items which were bought for birthday presents. There was no communication about this even though I emailed twice (no response). The advertised shipping times are false, it said 3-5 days but took 3 weeks. By then I'd had to buy new gifts. I would definitely avoid buying from this company.

I ordered 3 pairs of pyjamas, two adults one child for a special trip on polar express in December. The order came too late, after date promised, so I returned within timescale have continually emailed txt messaged social media and still cannot get my refund. Read reviews very bad and avoid

Long delivery with lack of communication, email sent asking when would be dispatched was ignored. When finally did arrive after 3 weeks, not satisfactory condition covered in fluff and had stain on. Sent email asking for reimbursement, was told this is the style of top? Definitely not. Would not recommend this company

I wish I’d read the reviews first before ordering. Ordered my husband 2 t-shirts for his birthday and paid for express shipping. They arrived late, after his birthday with no communication from the company. I emailed to complain about this and ask for my shipping money back and haven’t heard anything for over 2 weeks. I returned one of the T-shirts and I’m still waiting for a refund 5 days after they received the item back. Not holding out much hope going by the non existent service I’ve received so far. Such a shame that companies let themselves down like this.

Please do not order from this company. They do not send your orders to you, they take your money and do nothing. Scammers. They do not respond to emails when you contact them and there is no other way to get in touch. I have had to escalate my complaint to the Ombudsman as they have made no contact. AVOID!
