Still waiting for my order I ordered it on the 28th of December still waiting emailed them at least 10 times now with no response
This website is an absolute joke, so I’m gonna try and get a refund

Ordered the item and was messaged to say 5/7 days over two weeks and no reply to any message??? Item turned up and yes it’s out a smile in my granddaughters face but after the event ??? I would suggest you reply to messages and keep the customer in the loop ….

STAY AWAY from this company. Fraudulent and dishonest. No response to order query placed weeks ago and no refund so having to cancel payment as fraudulent transaction. They will take your money and not give you what you paid for.

I placed an order in November 2025 and as at the 13th February still not delivered and no response from customer service despite many emails. Do not use this company

I was browsing for t-shirts for a family holiday with 2 grandchildren. Loved the site and ordered early January. I didn't read any reviews, only when the order seemed to be taking weeks to arrive, once reading these I became worried but after a couple of days t-shirts arrived, correct printing and sizes. After reading all the negative reviews felt I should write to say, although the delivery took a while I was pleased with the products received.

I ordered an Everton Teddy bear on 5th January but it never arrived so I foolishly ordered a second one on January 20th but this hasn't arrived either! I keep emailing for a refund but haven't received that either. Im really upset and think I've been robbed.

Ordered a poster on 3rd January. It finally arrived (after ignored emails and Facebook messages) on 12th February !!!!

It didn't get lost in the post, it just took that long to dispatch !!!!!

Steer clear people if you don't want to be completely disappointed.

I’m very disappointed with this company. I waited three weeks for my delivery, and it never arrived. I received no clear communication or resolution, and I eventually had to contact my bank to cancel the payment and request a refund. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company or recommend them to others.

No reply to emails/social media messages. Tops still haven’t arrived, waste of money and will be sending back when they do eventually arrive as the event will have passed. Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolute abhorrent company! Definitely a scam! Take your money and run! Do not buy from this company!

Do not order! They take your money, never send items and when you chase they don’t respond to your emails!! Such a bad company I hope people read all these reviews and never order from them!

Delivery still not arrived from 20 November 2025 and communication is shocking. They won’t refund. This is stealing. Please do NOT use

Twice i have ordered and twice its taken nearly 4 weeks to get a response. I eventually recieved one order, late and pointless as it was for Christmas jumper day and unusable by the time it arrived. Second time I am still waiting to recieve a poster thats taken over 4 weeks and still not been sent. Avoid this company

It’s a scam website. They will not ship your items and will not answer emails.

Placed order on 24th Jan and sadly still nothing. Emailed the company and contacted on social media with no replies. It's now 10th Feb and I'm worried i've been scammed.
This purchase was meant to be a surprise for my wife who's pregnant with twins.
Would really appreciate at least a response from the company, for peace of mind if nothing else that my order will be (eventually) fulfilled.

Do not buy anything from these people.
No good no refund then what app’ to gain personal information.

Awful company - didn’t receive my order (waited 3 weeks to chase it asking for dispatch details/tracking info) email ignored! Luckily id paid using Klarna as I hadn’t heard of or used this company before so I was able to get a refund of £44. Do NOT buy from them!

Still waiting. 3-5 days is now turning out to be a lot longer.

I’m still awaiting my order from2.5 months ago. Emailed for a refund now and have heard nothing. Please avoid this site.

Don't order from this company... they dont dispatch your order, dont reply to emails and messages but post on socials
