Stay clear !! They use a cheap delivery service ( no signature ) and then the parcel gets “lost” and they won’t do anything about it ! So you end up with no product or refund ! how to make money by ripping people off !

We have reviewed your order and can confirm that the parcel was dispatched and marked as delivered on 29 July 2026, within 24 hours of dispatch. When a parcel cannot be located despite showing as delivered, we are required to follow due process to help us proceed with making a claim against the courier.
We appreciate that this process was frustrating, particularly as the process can take some time before the matter can be resolved. Once the required information was available, a replacement was issued on 6 August 2026.
We understand your frustration, but we want to reassure you that we did take steps to resolve the matter and ultimately provided a replacement.

Incompetence at following clear instructions
An order was placed for Mounjaro and it was repeatedly made clear that it should not be delivered until my return from holiday because the medication needs to be refrigerated until it is used. They sent it anyway and it has been left in the heat outside my house for about two weeks. They refused to send a replacement or give any advice about whether the medication could still be used. I will not be using their services again.
