We are sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel. However, having reviewed the order and correspondence, we can confirm that the parcel was recorded as delivered to the correct address. We also raised an investigation with the courier, who independently confirmed that the parcel had been delivered.
We contacted you to explain the next steps so that we could raise a claim with the courier and, subject to the claim process, arrange a refund for you. We have not received the requested information or any further response from you, so unfortunately we have been unable to progress the claim.
We understand how frustrating it is when you cannot locate a parcel, but we have taken the appropriate steps to investigate the delivery and have remained available to assist in resolving the matter.

I bought my Mounjaro pen from MyLondon…
I bought my Mounjaro pen from MyLondon Pharmacy. Unfortunately, when administering the second dose, the pen became unusable.
I contacted MyLondon Pharmacy expecting some assistance, only to be told to contact the manufacturer myself. Given that my purchase and contract were with the pharmacy—not the manufacturer—that response felt like they simply weren’t interested in helping once the sale had been made.
Lo and behold, I was then offered £15 off my next order. A thoughtful gesture, perhaps, except it’s rather pointless. Why would I place another order with a company that seems happy to pass the responsibility elsewhere when something goes wrong? To add to the irony, I can buy the same medication from other pharmacies for less, even with their discount added.
Overall, the £15 discount felt less like a goodwill gesture and more like a token attempt to make the issue disappear. Customer service is tested when things go wrong, not when everything works perfectly—and unfortunately, this experience didn’t inspire any confidence.

There is little more that we can do to assist as we are not liable for how you put the needle on the pen during use. Just ordered some painkillers a few…
Just ordered some painkillers a few days ago; money came out of the bank account, but no delivery so far. Just trying to call them today, 22/07/26, at 9.15 and a message says that they are closed and they open from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Not very happy, as I have asked for my order to be refunded.
