Whilst the product works very well for me, the cost is becoming a burden. Customer Services at your end need A LOT of training and the process of ordering every month is neither simple nor streamlined. I understand the need for the questionnaire but not for the upselling or gleaning of dietary and supplemental information for your data bank. Your customer service team have been intrusive and down right rude in many of my interactions and seriously have to be reminded they are dealing with paying customers. Clear out the woke wombles you employ and perhaps you could have a 5 star service. But the price has to come down also. Retatrutide is on the rise……..and it won’t be long before Indian and Chinese wholesalers start to sell your product for a tenner. Wise up
