All good but for the speed of delivery - which was two business days rather than one, which makes a difference when considering medication to treat an ailment. My order seemed to just freeze for an entire day before it was actioned, which wasn't too helpful.

These are a bunch of crooks. I placed an order for some medication and their pharmacist advised me she could prescribe because I hadn't done a CBT on sleep. That's fair enough I guess but then they deducted £5 from my refund......AVOID!!

This fee covers the administrative and clinical work involved in reviewing an order, including the pharmacist’s assessment, checking relevant records registered under the patient, and associated payment processing costs.

We are truly sorry to read that you are dissatisfied with the service we are currently providing.
Our cancellation/refund terms do state that a processing fee may apply where an order is cancelled after it has been placed. However, in this case, there was an additional patient-safety concern, as we became aware that the medication was being purchased on behalf of someone who was not registered with our pharmacy.
We know this as our clinician clearly asked you to verify if the medication was for another individual to which you confirmed. We requested for the patient's identity so we could amend the details on the order accordingly and supply the treatment. You were unable to supply this information and requested a cancellation.
For prescription medication, we must ensure that the intended patient is appropriately registered and has been assessed by our clinical team before medication can be supplied. This is an important part of our clinical and regulatory responsibilities and is in place to protect patient safety.
We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, but these requirements are necessary when supplying prescription medication.

Ordered naproxen
Ordered naproxen. Paid extra to get the medication within 48 hours before going away on holiday. Still no delivery after four days meaning paying ridiculous money for just 9 half strength pills from Boots instead.
Initially refunded by my card provider. Then had the money taken as proof of postage was given. All it shows is an envelope hanging out of my letterbox.
At the very least, the seller should refund my postage. They are taking extra money from the customer under the false pretext of speedy delivery. It's a con. The order should be processed immediately .
* The system won't allow me to reply to absurd demand by the seller to provide " more detail ". I stand by the review. The item WAS NOT received by me, at my address inside 48 hours. I don't care what " evidence " you have. An undated photo of the medicine hanging out of my letterbox is not poof of delivery inside the timeframe. I know you dont want ' bad ' reviews, but you are trying to bring my own honesty into question, which I don't appreciate. I stand fully by my review. And even in your own words....delivered twondays after dispatch. I didn't pay for that service. I paid for 48 hour delivery. That means after my order has gone in. That's a 4 day delivery.....which is rubbish when you promise prompt delivery!

Having reviewed the order, we can confirm that it was dispatched and subsequently marked as delivered on 24 July 2026, two days after dispatch. We were not contacted by email or telephone regarding the delivery issue; we only became aware of the concern after a chargeback was raised.
We contacted you directly by SMS to understand the issue, and you confirmed that you had not received the parcel. We subsequently submitted the available delivery and order evidence to your card provider to assist with resolving the chargeback.
We understand that the delay was frustrating, particularly as you needed the medication before going on holiday. However, the parcel was dispatched promptly and the delivery was recorded as completed by the courier.

We are truly sorry to read that you are dissatisfied with the service we are currently providing.
We want to clarify that this was not a case of us disregarding your GP’s advice. Our prescribing clinician requested supporting documentation because you stated that you had been receiving the medication for approximately 18 months, including evidence of supply from your previous provider. This information was required for our clinician to safely assess and approve treatment.
When you confirmed that you could not provide the requested evidence, our clinician offered to cancel the order and arrange a refund. You then confirmed that you wished to cancel. The order was cancelled accordingly, and you were advised that the standard cancellation fee may apply in line with our terms and conditions.
While your GP may have advised that no further testing was required, prescribing clinicians must make their own assessment based on the information and documentation available to them. We cannot simply proceed without the evidence required to satisfy our own clinical and prescribing responsibilities.
We are sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome, but the request for documentation was made for patient safety and the order was cancelled promptly once you confirmed that you could not provide it.

Common theme with not refunding…
Common theme with not refunding customers and retaining money from their own mistakes by looking at other reviews.
Cancelled an order prior to dispatch as stated in their terms and conditions (AT THE TIME OF MY ORDER). They then admit they missed the email but then offered no refund but only an exchange for a different products if I paid the additional HIGH fees. I refused and insisted on a full refund and offered the prompt return back of the medication sent to me when it should have been cancelled.
As they refused I disputed this charge with my credit card company. The version of the Terms and conditions sent to my credit card company were DIFFERENT, stating orders can only be cancelled "prior to order being assigned to the pharmacy" from the old conditions which stated "until the point of dispatch". Seems dishonest and now finding help to lodge my concern with GPhC depending on the outcome and their response.
Luckily I took screenshots and videos as I had a bad feeling about this company and was confident they wouldn't do whats right.
Now awaiting a further dispute response and will be looking at taking this further via the legal route too. Please don't let this company keep your hard earned money, make sure you put up a fight.
Update 19th August 2026:
Upon receiving the reply from Darshan to this review, you sent a completely different version of the terms and conditions to my credit card provider. They are again reviewing all evidence of this now. You are failing to address the change of terms and conditions after I disputed it. Why aren't you addressing this fact? You sent them a completely different version to support your claim which is incorrect. At least respond to the claim of changing the terms and conditions if you want to justify yourself.
