Don’t buy from this company. Absolute betrayal.

They demand a 15€ return “fee” , which is not legal. The product quality is bad, the item arrived in an unhygienic condition.

Betrug von vorne bis hinten. Am 30.11.25 bestellt bis heute nix da. Noch nicht mal eine Antwort auf 10 E Mails. Unverschämt dreist, Abzocke. BETRUGSHOP. Bestellt bloß nichts, dann spendet das Geld lieber als an solche Betrüger.

Artikel im November bestellt und bis heute 02.01. keine Information erhalten, geschweige denn den Artikel. Es ist absolut eine Betrug der hier vorliegt und ich kann jeden nur eindringlich warnen, eine Bestellung auszulösen und sein Geld zu verbrennen.

J'ai reçu un masque qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, les électrodes au front ne fonctionne pas mais celles des joues me brûle la peau, la prise fait un bruit inquiétant, le masque s'éteint tout seul et s'allume tout seul. J'ai écris au site, je n'ai reçu que du mépris, aucun respect du SAV et de la garantie, une fois que vous avez payez c'est trop tard, ils ne respectent pas leur devoirs. Site de voleurs à éviter absolument

Awful company the item doesnt work and they wont reply to emails or send a return label or even a returns address one big con, i am contacting trading standards and National Press these companys need to be exposed dont buy very dodgy

Horrible, uncomfortable mask. Heavy and painful to wear after 2 minutes. They state that they won't accept returns for this reason. Is that even legal? I'm going to gift this to someone I don't like.

I bought a led mask from them and I wanted to return it but no one answered to my request. I wrote them about 10 times and I got ignored.
So unprofessional!

Große Enttäuschung. Die Maske ist viel zu schwer, sitzt nicht gut, drück stark auf die Nase und um die Augen so dass ich nach 15 min tiefe Spuren in meinem Gesicht hatte. Rücksendungen werden aus hygienischen Gründen nicht akzeptiert, auf meine Beschwerde wurde mir ein "besseres Pro-Modell" empfohlen(ziemlich frech finde ich), also sitzt man mit seinem Fehlkauf alleine. Ich habe sie trotzdem weiterhin benutzt, aber bis jetzt keinerlei Wirkung. Ein Fehlkauf für mich. Nie wieder

Le masque est top, ma peau est plus nette dès les premières utilisations. Service client super réactif, ils m’ont bien guidée pour l’utilisation.

I purchased the LED mask at the end of July 25.
I received no order confirmation and thought I had been scammed as when I finally got a tracking no from the company it was for Tasmania and I am from Queensland however by some miracle it arrived.
When it did arrive the electrodes were not working on the mask.
I contacted customer service and Claire asked me to send a video which I did.
Claire assured me that they take great pride in providing quality products however this was the last time I heard from her.
I contacted Claire several times after that but received no reply.
After reading further reviews it has become obvious that I am not alone when it comes to a faulty product and terrible customer service.
I will be contacting Fair Trading about the matter but will not hold my breath.
Do not order any products from this company as they are terrible

The mask is very heavy and left terrible marks on my face as well as broken capillaries. Emailed them for a return and refund with reasons. Even though it states 30 day money back in the very fine small print many pages into the website you find you can't return if the mask is too heavy or if it has been used. I don't know how you would know it's not suitable if you didn't use it. False advertising and deliberate deception. Ignoring my emails and have not published my 1 star reviews I was prompted to write have been ignored as well. Poor assistance by company and definitely no care given or interest in your issues. Buyer beware, belongs in the rubbish tin. No stars if I could.

Bestellung viel zu spät gekommen eingetroffen, Kundenservice lügt einen diesbezüglich an. Maske extrem schwer und billig verarbeitet. Rücksendebedingungen sind ein Witz. Rückversand (mind. 26€) trägt man selber. Da es nach England zurück muss. Bis man die Rücksende Adresse erst einmal bekommt… und die Annahme verweigern geht ebenfalls nicht ohne das man große Nachteile trägt, siehe Website. Dort nicht kaufen!

Honestly I wouldn’t waste your time, I purchased a mask back in April, it’s now August and I still haven’t received. My order was sent back to Glamoura, for some reason… I chased this with them and they asked me to confirm my address, I did, they then didn’t reply. I then emailed chasing again, I was asked to confirm my address again, I did, I was then asked to confirm a new address… not sure why, I then gave my work address, they can’t deliver to a business … all I want is the mask but I give up, I’ve now asked for a refund. I don’t usually bother with reviews but didn’t want anyone else wasting there time like me.

bonjour j'ai acheté un masque LED au mois d'octobre 2024 il y a 1 semaine mon masque est tombé en panne je n'arrête pas d'envoyer des messages depuis le 26 juin 2025 au SAV mais aucune réponse alors que j'ai envoyé plusieurs messages vous achetez pc'est bien quand tout marche maintenant s'il y a un problème et vous restez avec votre masque cassé pas de SAV je ne ferai plus confiance à cette entreprise je suis écœurée de leur comportement je vous tiendrai au courant par la suite si j'ai une réponse donc il y a un petit moment que j'ai écrit c'est ta vie donc toujours aucune nouvelle aucune réponse et je reste avec un masque qui ne marche pas et qui est toujours sous garantie aucune nouvelle malgré mes nombreux mails et mon avis sur ce site c'est fini je n'achète plus sur des sites comme ça si j'achète ce sera sur Amazon ou Cdiscount au moins il y a un suivi et on peut avoir un interlocuteur pour régler les problèmes et là on achète c'est tout ils prennent votre argent et après le service après-vente est inexistant ils ne vous répondent même pas c'est une honte bon maintenant j'ai compris passez une excellente journée à tous et arrêtons de nous faire avoir et de nous faire appâter

Terrible company, I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent me a faulty mask. At first they said they would send me a new one. They never did. After me hassling them they said they were going to process a refund. They again never did. I hassled them again and they said I would recieve a partial refund. And once again I never did recieve anything. They have now ignored my emails. The customer service is terrible and the company is a complete scam. If I was you I would not purchase anything!!

My tracking link wasn’t working and the customer service officer seemed to take special delight in insulting me. She sent me a broken tracking link, then a broken tracking number - all while ignoring the screenshots I sent her of that error on the Australia post website.

When I finally gave up dealing with her and said that I was going go to my bank then she was able to access the tracking on their side and send me proof it was sent.

It has definitely been awhile since somebody has called me impatient for being concerned about a tracking link error. And 10/10 for receiving instructions about how to look for a delivered parcel… when my whole issue was about seeing the shipment confirmation on the website.

Ich habe mir die Maske im April 2025 bei MyGlamoura gekauft und es sehr bereut.
Die Maske ist unfassbar schwer auf dem Gesicht und man hat danach mehr Falten als vorher. Sehr unbequem und keinerlei Verbesserung. Schade das ich die Bewertungen nicht vorher gelesen habe - ich hätte mir dieses Teil niemals gekauft. Dann wollte ich von meinem Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen - lehnt die Firma MyGlamoura ab. Ich weiß nicht wie man die Maske testen soll wenn man sie nicht aufsetzt. Aber das Aufsetzen der Maske berechtigt MyGlamoura den Preis nicht wieder zurückzahlen zu müssen. Also lieber nicht kaufen - man trägt das volle Risiko und die Maske bringt gar nichts.....

After first use my skin felt softer. Although instructions are in French if you go to website you can download English version. I had a faulty control box but after contacting glamoura they are going to replace under the guarantee. Can't wait to recommence my led journey
