One of the worst jackfruit eaten in my whole life.ordered one kg they have given the unripen ones had to throw it..it’s not order online .please don’t waste ur money.I have send them mail or call u won’t get any response.

Great experience! All the fruits were either ripe or under, no rotten surprises - which is always the main concern with fresh fruit/veg. Ordered on 8th, arrived on 11th and kept me updated via e-mail. Packaging was easy to dispose of, no unnecessary plastic!

Thought it's time for another review, as I've ordered a couple more times since my last review haha; after checking my confirmation emails, it turns out that I've ordered from these guys 4 times within the first month of discovering them!

I am so happy and impressed with the quality of their products, as well as their service though.

They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is okay and so far every single one of my orders has arrived in perfect condition, beautifully and carefully packed (in recyclable packaging too, which is super important to me), every single bit of fruit has arrived in one piece, fresh and if something arrived unripe, it ripened perfectly (and tasted just like the ones I had back in the tropics!), the parcels were sent out quickly and with full tracking information and there was one time when something I ordered was out of stock, but I was quickly informed about this via email and even received a phone call from the warehouse when they were packing my order, apologising about the situation once again and was offered a replacement/swap!

I absolutely cannot fault My Exotic Fruit, thank you so much for the high quality products, service and for existing! :)

This company did not deliver my fruit which was a present.. The customer service was poor. No proof of so called delivery was offered and Colin, the owner tried to bully me in writing and on the phone.
The competitor company Exotic Fruits.co.uk is EXCELLENT and I would highly RECOMMEND.
To this day they have not provided proof of delivery nor a refund. Save your money folks. Nond of the reviews for this company are verified.

The fruits have come in within the same week of ordering with a lovely email notifying of when they’re expected! The fruits are absolutely divine, well packaged and in impeccable condition! Great company with a huge variety of fresh exotic fruits you can’t get anywhere else. I placed an order and it arrived a few days later also coming with free online tracking. Very awful! a coconut jelly? There was no jelly at all; only unfavourable water. I thought the coconut water from my local grocery store was superior. I only ordered this to sample the original jelly that was affixed to the sensitive coconut, as none of my coconuts contained jelly. felt ripped off for the cost! Will not at anyway suggest.

I love ordering my fruits from this company Always a great wellbeing treat! My items are always prepared with care and the fruits are of great quality. Customer service is always a pleasant and satisfying experience. Always worth the buy.

I got the small box of mixed fruits but I wouldn't have described it as small, it had a little bit of lots of different fruits and the box was hefty. The fruit was fresh and came with 2 cards to notify what was ripe and ready, and what needed to be left a few days. All of it was delicious and considering it was delivered, it was in just as good nick as fruit you'd buy from a shop because it was very well packaged.
I'll definitely be treating myself to another bigger box soon, looking forward to seeing what's in it
