Placed the order on April 5th for the floral dress thing and finally received it on the 23rd even though I was ordering it for Easter. The dress itself was decent but not what was advertised.. there was no boning in the waist as stated, the back does have the drawstring but it's more like a shoe string so it doesn't weave through all the eyelets, and the material, while soft, is pretty thin.. the tracking process was also a nightmare since you could hardly understand what it said anyway.. don't recommend ordering from them

This has been a horrible experience! I placed an online order February 23, 2025, then received an email March 15, 2025 that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. After many emails back and forth (you cannot speak with a physical person) they instructed me to go to my post office, and when I provided the tracking number, the post office gave me some random address in another local city. I drove to this location, and the residents told me they never received the package. When I emailed My Comfy Blouse my findings, they "ghosted" me and will not give me updates or refund my money. They have basically stolen my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible shopping experience - do not purchase from this company. After waiting weeks for my order, I received the wrong item and their return process is impossible. They told me to photograph the item I was sent in order to prove I received the wrong item, and they refused to pay return shipping, despite their error. I was expected to pay for shipping to China and to provide a tracking number. I didn’t trust that I would receive a refund and I threw the item in the trash. Avoid this business. Additionally, the item I did receive was of exceptionally cheap quality.

Ugghhh I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ad said it was Judy Blue Jeans instead they are cheap Chinese knock offs not worth the wrapper they came in. Of course they hid the fact it was a Chinese company. VERY DECEPTIVE!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! everything is cheaply made in China factory. When you want to return the item they make you pay for the outrageous priced return shipping back to China!! Please save yourself the headache and put this company out of business. WE WANT AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS!!!!

First of all it took a long time for package to arrive.
It was shipped with a fraudulent label and I had to pay an extra $7.10 on postage!!
The dress is terrible. Very cheaply made. It does not look or feel like what is described.
Would never purchase again from this company.

This is a scam website. I paid 50.00 dollars for a dress i never received. I was told it was delivered 2 weeks ago but I never got it. Customer service is ignoring me. I can't get a refund.

They are a scam! I never received my order. When I checked with USPS, they said that the company sent my package to a different address from what I had on the order. I sent multiple emails to the company letting them know I never received my order, and they totally ignored my requests for replacement or refund.

I dont even wanna give them a star. The worse comoany ever. Ordered a sweatsuit it finally came in after almost 2 months. Very cheap material. The pants were way to small and the hoodie was way to big both were supposed to be a size small. Have been trying to get in touch with them for over a month and haven’t received a response from them Do not buy anything from this company

I received cheap no-name jeans that looked NOTHING like the photo they are using on their website. They don't even match the description on their website. They are scammers! And I've been requesting a return shipping label
so I can get a refund, and I'm getting the run around. BUYERS BEWARE!

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO BUY FROM.. THEY CLAIM THEIR PRODUCTS ARE "NAME BRAND" THEN YOU GET IT AFTER WHAT TAKES FOREVER TO GET TO YOU, AND IT TURNS OUT IT IS NOT NAME BRAND AT ALL BUT SOME CRAP BRAND!! I PURCHASED A $40 PAIR OF JEANS, THEY ARE NOT JUDY BLUE AS ADVERTISED, THEY ARE TOO BIG IN LENGTH AND A HORRIBLE ALL OVER FIT. I CONTACTED THEM, AFTER 3 DAYS WAITING FOR A RESPONSE, THEY PROCEED TO TELL ME I HAVE TO EITHER TAKE A 50% GIFT CARD TO THEIR SITE OR A 20% REFUND, WITHOUT HAVING TO RETURN THE ITEM. THEN WHEN I SAID THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH THEY EMAIL ME AND TELL ME THEIR WAREHOUSE IS NOW IN CHINA SO IT WOULD HAVE TO BE RETURNED THERE AT MY COST! THAT'S ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DONT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS QUITE FRANKLY IS TRASH!!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company. It is so cheaply made that it gave me a rash. I even washed it beforehand. Whatever synthetic material they used freaked me out and I threw it away immediately.

Don't buy from this company. The clothing is not as the pictures look. It is garbage. It took almost a month to get. They state they will send you a return shipping label for items that don't fit, but then tell you they have moved offices to China, therefore aren't giving labels. They also said they would refund 15% of the purchase and you can give it to a friend as a gift😱 or you could have a gift card for 25% of the purchase. Who does that? And why would I give a friend a gift of crappy clothes or want to buy more for the tiny refund they offer? Just saying BEWARE.
Also... take note of the 4 and 5 star reviews of this company. Note where they are from and how they are worded. These are NOT real reviews. They are scam reviews to try to improve the one-star rating that they deserve.

The dress is nice but the trust from the customer service over missing corset string is what gets you the star of 1. But you don’t get the corset string. Reaching out to them they want pics of missing string??? Makes no sense. That shows mistrust in the customer to ask for pics of something not sent.

This company does this on purpose with the refunds. How can the company itself be based out of the use but the refund department for the same company be based out of another country?! I made a mistake for a product I purchased and all they offer is 20% of your total. That's insane, it's basically a way to tell you, your mistake sorry. If you buy a product from here as a gift and it's the wrong size, YOU WILL NOT GET AN EXCHANGE OF REFUND. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SAY THE BEST THE CAN DO IS A MISERABLE 20% OF THE WHOLE ORDER! I WOUOD JUST SKIP THIS SITE.

I ordered a one piece short, wrap infinity dress. They sent me a long skirt with elastic at the waist, not a wrap, with 2 long pieces of material as straps. What I received is not what was advertised or pictured. I tried to return it. Even sent them photos of the difference between what I ordered & what they sent & they said it is outside the company's policy. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do NOT do business with these people!

This company is the worst retail business I've ever encountered. They deserve negative stars! From my order date to delivery it took a few days short of 2 months. The quality of the clothing was substandard and had an unpleasant odor. Then trying to return the item is very difficult. They make you take photos and email them before they will give you the return instructions. They require that you mail the items back to China and will not cover the shipping. It's horrible. They make you take photos of the return package and send to them. What ever you do, DO NOT buy from them. You will be throwing your money away. I wished I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. Lesson learned.

Negative 10 stars. No package but 2 emails daily telling me its 'ready to pack' and sending coupons to spend more money before sending. Sent email asking where the pkg is, next day got email it was sent. Tracking number given does not exist. Asked to cancel order, told me I can't because it's been sent. Received an email later that day saying its ready to be packed, are you sure you don't want to add something else? SCAM company.

Terrible Company! I ordered some shorts and a romper for a trip that was almost 3 weeks away. I was going to be gone for a month. It took almost 3 weeks to hear about shipping or tracking, so I asked them to Cancel the order. At this point they were going to arrive after I had gone. When I returned a month later, I found the items had shipped and were way too small. They were a size "Small." I initiated the return and they told me I had to prove that the items were smaller than any item in my wardrobe that was also a "Small". I also was up against the 30-day return policy because of they arrived while I was gone Ridiculous, but I did it. They then came back with requiring me to ship them back at my expense to China before they would refund my money. I am so aggravated.

I don’t even want to give them any stars. Misleading refund policy. Policy states they will send you a return shipping label. Merchandise comes from China. Cheaply made, wrong sizes shipped. Return request email reply comes from support at premiertruststore.zendesk with an automated message. Get ready to pay $66.00+ if you want tracking to China - non-refundable.

I made three requests for return and refund with no response until I disputed through my credit card company. They replied with 50% giftcard, 15% refund, 10% discount for future purchases. Then the offer was 20% refund, 50% store credit.
Did not accept any offers and holding them to their website return policy that states:
