Scam! I bought what was supposed to be a pair of Judy Blue jeans. What I got was a pair of jeans that had no label and looked like they were made in someone's basement. They refused to respond to emails asking for a return label. Managed to get a refund by filing a dispute on PayPal. Stay away! Very unethical scam business selling counterfeit products.

I bought what is listed as the "Floral Bustier Midriff Waist Shaper Dress" in the blue print, and it was not at all as advertised.

The dress is very cheaply made to the point of being unwearable, the shoulder strap was ripped and frayed at the edge and the zipper barely functioned. The fabric is extremely thin and see-through despite one of the clips on the sale page specifically pointing out that they are not see-through, and the floral pattern is blown out and blurry. I was excited to wear this dress to a party next week until the moment I held it in my hands.

On top of the frankly shitty quality, shipping was near impossible to track.

Ordered two dresses on 5/7 that were stated to arrive in 14-21 days. As of 5/26 the package was updated, “the post office is in operation”. I reached out to their customer service on 6/2 only to get a generic, scripted response. I replied to said response that I hadn’t received any items, and have never heard back from them.
I too feel like the whole website is a misleading experience. I hope I’m able to find resolution with PayPal since this company doesn’t care to help anyone out and is clearly as scam. Maybe together we can get places like this out of here.

Ordered this for Mother’s Day. By the time it comes in I’m assuming my mother will probably be a great grandmother. Hell by the time it comes in I’m sure I’ll be in a retirement home wondering why I ordered this. Still waiting for this to come in.. still waiting..

I ordered a dress, then realized that it would not get here in time for my event. I cancelled this order( or tried to) within 30 minutes after I placed it. I received an email back from customer service two days later, telling me that I can’t cancel the order because it was already processed…after several emails (and days), asking to cancel, they told me that the order has been shipped and there’s been no response since. I would NEVER order anything from this company again.

Paid 27 dollars for a nice fitted shirt with wide sleeves just to get sent some 100% polyester wide everything too baggy too big bullshit a month later!! Overpriced garbage, definitely a scam y'all, don't fall for it.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Order From This Company!
I honestly don’t advise anyone to order from this company. I reached out to their customer service five separate times regarding my order, and not once did they bother to respond. Completely ignored. That alone speaks volumes about how unprofessional they are. But it doesn’t stop there—when the order finally showed up, the merchandise was absolute trash. Poor quality, cheap materials, and nothing like what was shown on their website. It felt like a total scam. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the quality of what they're selling. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to waste your time and money!!

I would give a zero start if I could. Waited over a month for the dress and it wasn't even the correct dress delivered. I should have known before ordering, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I figured even if it didn't fit, I would give it away to a friend, but the dress received is so hideous, I wouldn't even give it to charity. Do not buy from this company, even when you reach out to them their emails do not come from the company. Such a scam.

I would rate it less than one star if I could. I placed my order over a month and a half ago and with no updates at all. I had to email them to find out where my bra was and three days after that they said it was just shipped. So I now have to wait another 3 weeks to another month just to get a bra, ridiculous! Never again!

Do NOT order from these people. Trust me. Just don't. Complete scam artists.

I ordered the mom hoodie with the children's name on the sleeves. I was happy saying it would be there bu mother's day. It came in on time, just the completely wrong one. I got someone else's sweater, with their children's name on it. I immediately contact comfy blouse, they send me an email. I send them the pictures, my order number and tell them exactly what I wanted. They keep sending me the same generic message. I can't get a hold of anyone. I haven't gotten a refund or my sweater. It's ridiculous
Don't buy from Comfy Blouse they are a horrible company.

I bought 2 of the Mom sweatshirts with the children’s names embroidered on the sleeve. I ordered these in November 2024 and even told the company that these were meant as Christmas gifts, but I did not receive them until March 2025 and nothing was embroidered. It was all screen printed. I emailed them constantly and if I did get an answer it was just to say to wait.

I ordered three dresses expecting them to be similar to the Sandset Infinity Dress, as shown in the product photos. Unfortunately, what arrived were more generic versions of infinity dresses with long tails—definitely not what was advertised.

I was disappointed by the misleading imagery and lack of clarity in the product description. To make matters worse, the return policy is incredibly restrictive and nearly unworkable, especially with the added complications of international tariffs.

I regret the purchase and feel let down by the experience. It’s frustrating to feel misled and unable to seek a fair resolution.

I ordered a dress a few weeks ago it arrived far to late for the occasion I needed it for and normally I am pretty calm about things like this but the company has the worst costumer service I have ever seen I have emailed them countless times filled out their contact forms to try and return this dress it’s unopened and in the package but the company’s lack of costumer service is disheartening at this point they will never reply to my emails in time for me to even get an address to ship it back to within the 30days do not buy girl this company it is a complete scam you can get the exact same thing on Amazon and it will come on time and as advertised that’s what I ended up doing but now I am stuck with this dress.

I ordered the 'flannel' frayed edge shirt. The ad looked like I was ordering from a small business. If I'd known it was coming from China I would not have purchased. The fabric is cheap quality, very disappointing. I have tried numerous times to contact them regarding a return but getting no response.

The material on the dress that I purchased seems super cheap almost like wearing a hospital gown. And it’s supposed to have a string in the back to tighten it around the waist. It came without that string so I am not even able to try it on and see if it fits properly. I’ve reached out to them so many times and have gotten no feed back.

I ordered a dress for my son‘s graduation, it came in three weeks and I paid for shipping, the dress was supposed to be above the knee and it was to my ankles made of very cheap polyester garbage material. They would not refund me the 40 bucks, They offered me a 25% discount on another item. It would cost me $32 to ship the dress back to China. So now I’m stuck with this garbage dress that I will not ship back and no alternative reimbursement. stay away do not buy anything from these people. I’m furious as life is so expensive, this is the last thing I needed.

Horrible quality dress. In order for a refund, it must be sealed in bag and unworn and they asked for pictures of labels on the dress that did not exist. How are you supposed to tell it doesn't fit if you can't try it on? You're not.

They hand wave refunds away with a terrible return policy and pretend to have sales on "expensive" seeming dresses but they're just imported junk with thin fabric, plastic zippers, exposed seams and zero labels.

They sent me terrible quality jeans made by a brand available on shein!!! They look nothing like the photos, cheap inferior fabric and terrible customer service. AND it took 3-4 weeks to ship from china!!!

Terrible quality. No label indicating brand, poor quality fabric. What a waste of money...I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund-- lesson learned!
