Customer service was A+. I had to reach out because I received my machine right away but not the facial gel. Amelia was quick to respond and answer any questions I had and let me know she was there to help. This is the first time I ordered from Mychway and so far I am happy with how quickly the machine was delivered. I am excited to use the S-shape Aristorm cavitation machine and looking forward to seeing the results.

A Great Outcome to an Initial Issue
My initial order had a machine had a defect. Amelia was able to work with me to return the initial machine and I received a replacement. Amelia was great at communicating and helped make everything right.

Great service
Amelia has helped me so much when one of my suction cords broke and also when I thought my package wasn’t delivered. One package did get lost in the mail but it was because it was liquid gel. I got my refund back for it. The machines are good. Shipped pretty fast as well.

I purchased a machine today and Bank Of America declined the charge because it was outside of the USA and then PayPal authorized the charge. The charge did go through successfully and I did not receive a confirmation email from the company. I tried to call and chat but they were offline.
