My machine arrived in time but unfortunately I had issues with one of the handles. I emailed customer service and Amelia was assigned to help me. She walked me through the steps and even sent me videos walking showing step by step. The issue wasn’t able to be solve and I was issued a replacement.

The order came promptly, and that is always a good thing. However, there were no instructions whatsoever, and that turned it into a not-so-good experience. Once I figured out how to use it by looking up an influencer who explained things, I did try it. I don’t know if it works — too soon to tell, but I am excited about it!

The purchase and the machine are great. It’s the lack of real instruction that kills everything. There are filters and rings with no instructions on where they go. They did reply and said that they sent me a video and PDF instructions. I have received neither.

Im extremely satisfied with my s shape cavitation machine that was shipped to me in just a few days. Excellent customer service great products..I’ll definitely be buying more!
