A bear attacked my feeder. All that was left was the camera. Bird buddy replaced the feeder after I sent them some pictures. No Change. Great customer service.

My Birdbuddy birdhouse broke, but the camera as intact. I contacted Birdbuddy to get a new birdhouse and they sent it right away.

Bird Buddy has become one of the most joyful parts of my day.

Every morning I look forward to opening the app to see which birds have visited and to watch the beautiful videos and postcards it creates. It has truly deepened my appreciation for nature and brought so much happiness into my daily routine.

What has impressed me even more than the product is the company behind it. I’ve needed customer support twice, and on both occasions the Bird Buddy team exceeded my expectations. They listened, they cared, and they resolved my issues with kindness and generosity. They didn’t have to take care of me the way they did, but they chose to, and that says everything about the kind of company they are.

Responding quickly to questions

I found the website and the app hard to use. Getting started was hard. But the crew at BirdBuddy are great and once everything is set up, it all works like a charm and I love it.

I consider myself tech savvy, but had some trouble charging and setting up the birdbuddy app. I was getting frustrated so ended up contacting support. I don't usually put much faith in support because of their standard responses. They usually gave you a feeling that with their answer they wanted to get rid of you asap. Support of Birdbuddy was very different. I really felt they were there to help. Ana was my support help. She gave me detailed answers and explanations, all very politely. Never felt I was just one of many. Since then I contacted them for some explanations of how Birdbuddy works and the solar panel charging. I was so excited when I got notified of a bird, I sent the pic to share with her. She and Birdbuddy made my days more exciting. Hopefully I get to see different birds and not the same one over and over again. Haha.

The solar panel broke again on my bird buddy. I’ve gone through two so far within a year. Then when I was shopping for a whole new unit an advertisement came up for the bird buddy nook. I placed it in my cart but when I went to pay I was told it wasn’t actually available. Then to make matters worse when I talked to service through email they set me up with a bot. The responses were not making sense with the conversation and it kept repeating itself. And now the stupid solar panels are sold out. So I guess I’m out a bird buddy and will be shopping a better brand. They literally have no solution to either of the problems.

A piece broke of my BB which is 2 years old. When I explained to CS what happened and asked if I could purchase this piece , they SENT IT TO ME FOR FREE!!!!

Exceptionally helpful

Had a warranty issue with my 3 months old Bird Buddy 2 camera lens. Customer service was impeccable in their response! I submitted the serial number and pictures of camera and within 3 days they are shipping me a whole new birdfeeder! This will be my second Bird Buddy feeder and I may order more, Kudos to the whole team!!
