A Bear Wanted My Feeder
After a bear decided to take down my bird feeder, he also took off with some parts. The camera worked fine and most of the feeder was okay, but I couldn't find anywhere to purchase what I needed. I contacted Bird Buddy and they were very helpful and took care of what I needed! Can't ask for any more than that from any customer service!!

My original bird buddy was good
My original bird buddy was good. Bird id was much better than my new smart solar powered bird buddy.
The new AI solar is great but bird AI is awful. Incorrect identification or not able to recognize a sparrow.
In this day and age, the AI help section so the app is not good.

Looking for Replacement Parts
I initially reached out to BirdBuddy to check on purchasing some replacement parts, as the hot weather has faded and cracked the opaque front and rear panels on our feeder. I received a quick reply, noting they were checking availability and would let me know when they ship. The next day I received a shipping notice. I’m now awaiting the arrival of the parts to keep our feeder looking and operating at its best!
